Here's a polished version for a Google review: What a fantastic way to spend time together as a family! The Texas heat was no joke, but getting out on the lake made all the difference. The ride on the water was relaxing, refreshing, and such a fun experience. The service was top-notch from start to finish, and the staff gave clear, thorough instructions that made us feel comfortable and confident. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great family outing or as a couple. True Austin experience- unique!

I was a bit hesitant to book this boat. I'm very glad we did! The boats are certainly classic! The electric/battery motor makes them Town Lake certified. Sure they go very slowly at max speed, but it makes the trip even more enjoyable/calm/tranquilo! The allowable area to take the boat is perfectly fine. The downtown views are sensational! Take a camera, water sunscreen ;) The manager Reagan is kind, knowledgeable and a cool guy! The 1.5 hour trip is plenty of time.

We had an amazing experience with Retro Boat rentals for our engagement photos! The weather didn't cooperate on our original date, but they were incredibly accommodating and worked with us to reschedule without any hassle. There was a mix-up that resulted in the boat we originally reserved being double-booked, but the team handled the situation professionally. They sincerely apologized and even refunded 25% of our booking, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Most importantly, the photos turned out absolutely incredible and were everything we hoped for. The boat provided the perfect backdrop for our engagement session. We truly appreciated their customer service and willingness to make things right. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience with Retro Boat Rentals in Austin. My husband and I decided to do something new for our 22nd Anniversary. We decided on the sunset option and it was worth the price. Staff was friendly and informative. Everything was explained throughly and all questions were answered. Would highly recommend to others, beautiful experience.
