Discover the San Antonio Botanical Garden

Absolutely beautiful location and I was surprised at family area. It looked really enjoyable for kids with strong imaginations and those that like to play in water. I love the art exhibits meshed with the gardens. There were so many bees and butterflies. We also caught some hummingbirds. We took notes on the best flowers to grow at the house to attract them.

Excellent adventure! The Huntopia event is neat! The sculptures are wonderfully places throughout the park. Plenty of flora and fauna The observatories are beautiful! The orchids mixed in the the tropical plants as well as the carnivorous ones is a sight to behold. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the gardens. Water fountains throughout. Plenty of well kept restrooms. All walk paths are wheelchair friendly as well as assisted mobility friendly. Lots of kids activities too. There is a garden area specifically for the little ones (big little ones also). The gift shop is very nice with an assortment of items of varying price range. Plenty of parking

This place was lovely. I don't think we were able to see all of it. They had so many trails. There were so many beautiful plants and structures. It was very educational. I did not know we could have fed the turtles, fish, and ducks. There was a huge pond, and it was beautiful as well. Please wear comfortable shoes. I would not recommend wearing sandals. I got lots of dirt on my feet up to my ankles. There are plenty of benches to stop and rest. There is also a small restaurant on site. They serve delicious food, and the tea is fantastic. I highly recommend the Huntopia!

The San Antonio Botanical Garden is a wonderful place to visit! They offer free parking, which is a great perk. The paths throughout the garden are comfortable and easy to navigate. The flowerbeds are stunning, with a vibrant array of blooms. There are ample shaded seating options, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the garden's beautiful flora and fauna. Highly recommend for a peaceful and scenic outing!

My mom and I visited the San Antonio Botanical Garden recently and had a wonderful time! The garden is massive – just when we thought we'd seen everything, we'd discover a whole new area. The variety of plants and even some wildlife was incredible. You can really tell the staff cares deeply about the gardens – everything was beautifully maintained. We found so many charming spots for a picnic lunch and took tons of photos throughout the day. The price for admission was very reasonable for such a lovely experience. Highly recommend this for anyone visiting San Antonio, or even locals looking for a beautiful escape!
