Our family was on vacation in Pagosa Springs visiting our son on July 17. We decided to go to the Springs Resort and had a wonderful time. I must mention that Nancy that goes the bingo was awesome. I stopped her to ask a question when we first got there and she was nice enough to give us a quick tour. We had 7 adults and 2 children in our group and she took the time to answer all our questions. We all decided to go to the bingo and she was great leading that also. Everyone stayed entertained. When we come back to visit we will definitely plan on coming back to the resort.

Hands down THE BEST hot springs resort!! The Springs Resort at Pagosa Springs, CO never disappoints!! Christina Martínez made us feel like family along with all the staff here. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and private. Ms. Martinez went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and made sure our experience was top notch. We took advantage of the fun activities offered such as the mud baths, aqua yoga, and the aqua sound bathing. The instructors were amazing, calming, and so helpful and kind. Highly recommend scheduling a massage with the aroma therapy option. You won’t regret it! Also, the sauna and bucket bath felt so refreshing!! There are so many fun activities to take part in so take it all in and have fun!! This is the best place to come relax, unwind, and recharge! We will ALWAYS recommend coming here and we will definitely make this our go-to vacation destination!!

Our stay at Pagosa Springs Resort was the vacation we didn’t realize we all needed. From the moment we arrived, we finally exhaled during the gratitude ceremony ❤️ The variety of hot soaking pools alone is worth the trip, but we ended up doing almost every activity they offered—and we’re so glad we did! The panoramic sauna, warrior plunge, yoga classes, and hands down the BEST sound bowl experience we’ve ever had left us feeling completely renewed. The staff made our stay even more special. I wish I could remember everyone’s names because every single person was kind and welcoming, but I have to give a huge shout-out to Elisa! She shared her yoga knowledge so generously, and her classes left all of us feeling more centered and curious to learn more. She’s one of the biggest reasons we’ll be back. The food on the property was delicious and so convenient when we wanted to stay in and soak up every minute of relaxation. If you do want to explore, there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the beautiful path along the river is perfect for a peaceful stroll. I could go on and on about how much we loved this place, but I’ll simply say this: if you’ve been thinking about visiting, stop thinking and book the trip. It’s the reset you didn’t know you needed.

What a magical place! Hands down the best hot spring resort I’ve ever been to. The grounds are immaculate and the pools are clean and beautiful. The service is outstanding. I especially enjoyed the mud bath and sauna experience with Nancy! She was friendly and entertaining and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!

We stayed this past week and had the best vacation of our lives. Pagosa Springs is the most breathtaking town, and with the Resort being right along the San Juan river - the view was amazing. The room (in the new building) was beautiful, very clean and modern and we didn’t have a single issue the entire stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well! The robes provided were very soft and comfortable. They are very high quality and make you feel so pampered walking around the resort with it on. The springs outside exceeded my expectations, the entire outdoor area is HUGE with tons of hot springs to choose from. We loved soaking early in the morning and late at night, the entire atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing versus going in the daytime with all of the children and families everywhere. It was still very fun to sit out on a beach lounge chair during the day. With it being on the river, you get to see a lot of fun stuff happening all around you. I love how each hot spring was clearly labeled with the temperature, which they frequently went around and updated. We had no issues in the evening and in the morning having a hot spring to ourselves. If you’re an adult on a romantic getaway, this is your place to be!
