My husband and I had such a magical experience at the Pagosa Hot Springs! Our close friend - Matthew - works at the Springs Resort & Spa, and convinced us that staying there would be an unforgettable experience. He was 100% correct! To provide a bit of context, the Springs is located in the center of downtown, and has a plethora of pools, set at different temperatures and locations for optimal soaking and viewing of the mountains, downtown and the river. A very relaxing set up. Additionally, we want to express how fantastic the entire staff was. From guest services to hotel security, we were truly impressed with the level of friendliness and professionalism. Specific call outs to Christina Martinez and Linda who made sure everything was perfect for our hotel stay. They booked us in a suite overlooking the Springs - absolutely lovely - and they also provided a personal touch with flower petals on the linens, chocolate dipped strawberries, as well as a bottle of champagne! We would also like to call out the Security Guards - Jason & Jonas - who were wonderful to chat with and ensured we felt safe and were having fun during an evening soak. Lastly, a call out to Cindy at the Phoenix bar - what a wonderful personality! We shared many laughs! Again thanks to all of the Springs staff - we had a once in a lifetime stay, and will be back sometime in the future!! -Val

Wow, that is all I can say after spending a night at the Pagosa Hot Springs. 20+ Pools, all different temperatures, tasty drinks, and the staff is super friendly! Our favorite part was soaking after hours, only available to hotel guests, and the security guards Jason and Jonas were very friendly and entertaining! Our friend Matthew works at the Springs, so we were fortunate enough to have an expert tour guide. We met some of the staff, Christina Martinez, Todd, Daryn, and Cindy really stood out as our favorites, such big smiles, the resort is lucky to have such amazing people! Thanks Everyone!

My wife and I had a very last minute getaway to the springs. When we arrived Christina Martinez put us into a fantastic room, and it got better from there. The employees at the resort were incredibly friendly and the customer service was the best I’ve seen in a long time. The springs were so nice, and relaxing. We cannot wait to come back. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would.

My son Matthew took us to the springs and we had a wonderful time! We were greeted warmly by Jamie and Robert then enjoyed the beauty of the area! The pools were gorgeous and so refreshing for my sore back and Anthony D poured us some delicious drinks. I had never been inside the hotel… wow!!! Loved the live music and the relaxed feel. We can’t wait to come back!

We came here for my husband’s birthday. His first time and my second time here. The rooms are great nice and clean. The hot pools are very relaxing awesome location with views along the San Juan river. The spa I have to say is amazing we both got 60 minute massages. The way they massage is totally different from where we are from (Chicago). They know what they’re doing here for sure. We also had facials it was fantastic. A big thank you to Abbie, Amy, and Sodie for their sweet personality and going above and beyond to help with all of our needs! 😁 The only thing I can say that would need some improvement would be the food there. It’s very basic. A nice restaurant with a chef would make this place nearly perfect!
