Our bartender Matthew was amazing at the pool. We could move locations and he would always find us. Christina Martinez was amazing receptionists at the resort spa suite. Greatest hospitality I have had in 22 years since I have started coming to the springs resort. Absolutely was floored when I came in with my twin boys and they had a blast checking in with us. My boys would ask questions and would be answered by Christina and had conversation making sure they would enjoy their stay. Multiple times I had questions and she would make me and my family feel like her family. Thank you Christina for an amazing stay (we are still here) and her manager, Todd, for taking time off a phone call to have a hand shake and understand he has amazing staff. I also met Tom, with HR, who also took time to hear about the amazing staff they have here. Snacks, food and local recommendations have been nothing but top notch! Enjoy your stay at the Springs and enjoy their wonderful hospitality they have here. Love! Relax! Rejuvenate!

Viviana went out of her way at check-in to explain everything to us, draw on the map, and made sure we were completely comfortable when checking-in. She was kind and made sure we knew that we could call the main desk for anything. Christina Martinez was amazing. Answered all of our questions, was incredibly friendly, kind, and warm. She truly made us feel like we were incredibly important, and in a genuine way catered to our questions and wondering. She was outgoing and made sure that we felt valued and appreciated for visiting The Springs Resort. The cafe/grill had the most amazing food that completely caught us by surprise. Large portions, hot food, and great taste. Not to mention, the food staff was incredibly kind and incredibly efficient. Great recommendations for food as well. I would recommend The Springs Resort 10/10. While this was our first time, we already know that this will not be our last. We are already planning our very next trip.

Christina Martinez who is one of the managers at the resort greeted us and is absolutely amazing. When she greeted us she made us feel like we were family. She made our anniversary trip feel absolutely magical and special. We are already planning our next trip back! Thank you springs resort for helping us make memories and providing us our new anniversary spot. Jess was also amazing she was handing out mother’s mud at the spring. She took the time to describe the benefits and took pictures of me and my husband for us since our hands were covered in mud. Such a cool experience and she made it 10x better!!

This place is amazing! The hot spring pools are so cozy and the variety of the temperatures means that everyone has something they can enjoy. On the first night, we got food from inside the resort and Cannon was so pleasant to talk to after a long drive. Zach, the gentleman who prepared our delicious food, was also very friendly! We booked a spa treatment and had a wonderful experience. The receptionist, Abbie, was so sweet and helpful with any questions we had. My massage therapist, Ann, was very skilled and made sure my first massage went smoothly. The hot stone massage was incredibly relaxing and felt amazing! Everywhere we went, the staff was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Thank you for a stellar experience! I look forward to coming back!

The Springs Resort and Spa was a fantastic day out. The bathrooms we clean and all of the staff were extremely friendly. The different springs were a great experience that I have not done before. My parents were in from Australia and were very impressed with the facilities. Luis was our server and was extremely warm and friendly during our visit. He made the day very special for us. Thank you for an amazing experience. We will be returning here as soon as we can from California.
