From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. Special thanks to General Manager Brent Gaef, whose attention to detail and commitment to excellence made our stay truly memorable. The rooms were pristine, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. The hotel's ambiance is truly remarkable. The serene environment, combined with beautifully landscaped surroundings, provided a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a delightful experience, thanks to Chef David Duncan. His menu featured a diverse array of delicious dishes, all prepared to perfection. Ambiente has set a new standard for excellence in hospitality. My wife and I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. We look forward to our next visit!

If you are thinking about staying here, JUST DO IT!! The customer service is above and beyond. Ambiente staff are so very accommodating and attentive. Everyone is so pleasant and eager to help. Not to mention, I left my bag in the room we stayed in and let’s just say Ambiente was MORE than accommodating with getting my bag to me. I am so grateful to them for that!! Whenever I need a great escape, I will always choose Ambiente!!

Exceptional service, especially from Mara & Jake. Rooms are well designed with amazing views from our rooftop. I wish they had a stronger hair dryer, though, and the towel warmer wasn’t working. Other than that, dinner at their restaurant was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here!

An absolute homerun Mothers Day Weekend. Arrived early and checked in and valeted our e-tron and coincidentally the car on site for guest was an e-tron. The check in folks were very friendly and Dan took us to our room. We paid for the landscape view room and the room was very nice but the view was very low and not the scenic view we thought. They moved us to a new room which was much better and had a better view of the red rocks. The room was clean and the panoramic windows were something to behold. We actually canceled our reservation at the on-site restaurant and just ordered room service to enjoy the room. The roof top terrace was amazing and the views were breathtaking. The next day we opened the automatic shades to a beautiful view and start to the day. We ate breakfast in the morning at the restaurant and got great service and spoke to the manager who was great. We spent the next day at the spa and got a couples massage, spent time in the sauna, and my wife got a facial. All in all one of the best resorts we've stayed in and we will be back for sure!!!!!

We spent 2 nights here in June to celebrate our 30th anniversary. It was amazing. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and have very thoughtful details. The rooftop was great for viewing stars. The entire staff (that we interacted with) all had great attention to detail and did everything possible to make sure we were happy and had what we wanted. Absolutely a great place to relax, enjoy the beautiful views and soak up the fabulous service. The car service was an added touch we weren’t aware of before getting there. We will definitely be back.
