The price to go in is a little high, but it's worth it for the view and the music when they have artists playing. They are very accommodating when you arrive. Good customer service. Have drinks and food you can order while you soak. They also have free lemon 🍋/ lime water for you to stay hydrated. The water is a little on the cool side for winter... great for spring/ fall. Downside... when all the people check in for their time slot, they put you all in the same little corner of the lockers.... gets very crowded. Works when you have kind people there but rude people... I've had both. Be kind, share love not hate ❤️

What a glorious place to spend visiting with friends in the warm water! Also a hot tub and Sauna, food and drinks delivered to the poolside and the main pool warm enough to be comfortable. We loved it. Call ahead for a booking, it is usually full. You can get mornings or afternoons. A bit spendy but upper class all the way and worth the splurge!

There are spies among us 👀 Where to even begin…what was supposed to be a fun overnight retreat with our adult children turned into a very disappointing experience. We booked a cabin at the Inn at the Pines and a hot springs soak at The Springs. We had a nice dinner at a local restaurant and then spent an hour or so at our cabin before heading to The Springs. Shortly after checking in to the springs my daughter and her girlfriend went to get wrist bands to order adult beverages at the pool. They were denied wrists bands and were told they could not be served for at least an hour because someone informed the springs that “you all were partying at the cabin”. If playing family board games and laughing is considered “partying”, I guess we are guilty. My husband and I went to talk to management. In a very calm tone we asked them to explain this rational. They could not or would not tell us the reasons why. They did admit this was probably a misunderstanding and allowed us to get wrist bands for drinks. My husband ordered a drink but when my daughter and her girlfriend went to order, the server said no, she is uncomfortable serving them. Is this because they are gay? They told us they would monitor our behavior for an hour and then would consider serving us. We obviously left at that point after being in the pool for less than 15 minutes. We asked for a refund and were denied. Very poor customer service, unbelievably bad experience.

Our first time there and a wonderful experience. Nestled into the tress is the close and scenic drive out of Boise to the Springs. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The grounds on a cool winter evening were beautifully lit and inviting. Our private pool was serene and romantic. Drinks and nibblys were available to order. The tub temperature was fantastic. We can't believe we hadn't been before and we can't wait to go back!

This is a magical place. Not crowded. Great facility. The water is amazing. Their food and beverages are tasty & fresh! Treat yo’self! You do have to make reservations & plan ahead!
