Edit to include that I was also charged for a visit that I was told I would not be charged for and had to call to make sure it would be reversed. Just adding to my disgust and complete lack of trust in this business and the staff. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at The Springs tonight. Arrived 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time, just to find out we were not allowed in the pool due to "possible lightning". No prior notice or messages were sent stating there was a chance of closure, even though the lightning was announced by weather personnel at least 7 hours prior to our arrival. When questioned, they said "their team usually sends out a notice, but failed to do so tonight because "the lightning wasn't supposed to start until tomorrow". When asked what the accuracy is of their radar system, they had absolutely no idea. The offer of "sitting in a yurt to listen to music" and coins for the public pool after you had booked privately, does not even touch it. I would assume that most people visit The Springs for the water. The music is a bonus and it is absolutely in no way compensation for the amount of time and gas spent to drive there after failure by their staff to send prior notice. On top of all this, one of the attendants proceeded to get mouthy with customers after frustrations were expressed. If you work in customer service, you better know how to handle these kinds of situations without losing your professionalism. I'm absolutely disgusted with the entire situation.

My first visit to the pools today. I was about surprised and disappointed that I couldn't take a full plastic water bottle to the pool, ridiculous. The setting is beautiful the pool temp perfect. The background music is too loud not able to have quiet hot springs "zone" folks loudly talking.....not sure what they are trying to achieve but I've been to many other hot springs and the ambience was quiet ...to disconnect...

We were greeted upon entry and asked about our reservation. We reserved a private tub and arrived about twenty minutes early for the appointment. We were given a menu and the option to place and order for food at check in so it would arrive at our tub before we did. The locker rooms were clean and well-maintained, the showers have good water pressure and have a separate area to keep towels and clothing dry. After changing we sat in a waiting area until our tub was ready. The area is gated, private, and quiet. Large bags aren’t allowed in the private tubs so you will have to carry towels and things separately. The food (we ordered a cheese and fruit plate) was delicious and waiting for us when we arrived. The sulfur smell is present, but it’s not overwhelming or intense. The water was warm, and the tub is equipped with a cold water stream that can be turned on and off to adjust the temperature. The tubs are really quiet and relaxing. There was a hummingbird feeder that attracted several different birds while we were there. Overall this was a great experience. The entire place is well-maintained, clean, and welcoming. The staff was kind, helpful, and pleasant. I highly recommend this experience, and make sure to book well in advance.

What a gem! We stumbled across the springs on a x-country road trip and had a wonderful time. The pools are a nice range of temperatures, the food/wine service is amazing, and they had very chill live music which set an incredible ambience. We would definitely come back if we find ourselves in Idaho again!

It's a clean and well maintained place. They might need some extra shower stalls in the restrooms. The drinks were great we ordered a huckleberry kir an Irish coffee add a cheese platter. We like all of them and pretty much finish them up the drinks were pretty smooth and the snacks were high quality. The water temperature was pretty good they have three different pools that for different tastes the different depths I think they can make this experience more luxury by providing towels I'm adding some hair dryers. The servers were pretty nice and professional and responsive on quick to serve the food.
