This resort is a mess. The lack of service and communication was appalling. No housekeeping for two days at a cost of $8,000 per night! Water and power were out and we were asked to fill up our toilets with bottled water. The lantern we were given didn't have batteries. We were told that even though the power was regularly going out that guest residences were not stocked with flashlights because the guests were taking them and that backup generators were too expensive. The staff was unable to correctly arrange itineraries, logistics and even the billing. The setting and the facilities are first rate but can't make up for the poor communication, coordination of the lack of service.

Was here for our honeymoon in May. Had a wonderful time at the Green O and our bill was paid in full when we left. On July 11 the resort charged our card 2 more times, for approx $1200. We have called 4 times in the last week, no one at the front desk is capable of handling any questions and has taken our name and # 4 times. Last call we asked for Mark the manager he has failed to call back also. Chase is now investigating. This is not OK and is the worst customer service ever esp for a resort that is over $2K per night. Go to the Triple Creek Ranch instead!

Simply an incredible experience. And whoever manages HR for this place is absolutely KILLING it. The staff are amazing. To a one, everyone was competent, welcoming, friendly without being servile, and attentive without hovering. Top, top marks. Activities were excellent and well organized. Rooms and Pavillions comfortable and delightful.

the home and all the extra were great. the location is beautiful. the only negative is we were there in May and for two months have been trying to rectify billing problems and either we can't get through or nobody will call us back. anyone have similar experiences? thank you.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever gone to. Everything about Paws Up is fantastic. The food, homes, everything. Truly a luxurious hotel in the heart of rural Montana. It is quite worth the price.
