    The place is very nice to stay for a day or two. My wife and I camped there 6 years ago and it hasn't changed a bit. I recently booked a room over the phone and got there and found out that some of the rooms dont have bathrooms or showers.my budy and I had been on a 3000 mile motorcycle ride and where heading home. So all we really wanted was a shower and chill in the springs. I told the front desk about the room and he offered a nice 5th wheel in the back. But I just decided to go back into town and get a hotel. A few days later I got a call from Michelle and she told me the I had been refunded and was happy to help. Understanding my need for amenities. My wife and I are planning a trip back out to Colorado and will definitely book the right room next time. Thank you for understanding.

    We have had 2 amazing experiences at Crane Hot Springs. Our first one was in September of 2025 to celebrate a birthday and wedding anniversary. We stayed in the sheep herders cabin, it was quiet and romantic! The private tub is amazing!!!! Our 2nd experience was the week before memorial day 2026, camping with our 5 kids and a friend. It was a blast! The campsites are large and 24/7 access to the pool was amazing, especially if you go late at night. My only advice would be if you are camping, bring ample shade.

    What a terrific find on my way east from the Oregon coast! I stayed in the RV section so didn’t rate rooms. But the pools, poolsides, and facilities are AWESOME and spotlessly clean. No mineral smell and no staining as I’ve experienced in some hot springs. The whole place far exceeded my expectations - the website photos don’t do it justice. Snacks and sundries were reasonably priced and the swimwear borrow bin is well- stocked.

    We love Crane. Definitely on our go-to list whenever we are in the area. The hot spring is very nice, we always enjoy it. Also fairly recently they opened a new changing building with heated floors - really terrific, especially when you are there in winter. Visited yesterday when it was 80 degrees out, and the hot spring was still really, really enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting any time of year.

    As my wife and I have previously visited Diamond, Frenchglen and Fields, we finally made it to Crane Hot Springs. What a great place to stay for a few days. Relax in the public hot springs or enjoy the privacy of your own hot tub in your room. Visiting during the week, I noticed their cafe is only open during the week-end. I didn't want to drive the 30 miles to Burns twice a day for a meal and thought about cancelling our trip. The Crane Hot Springs management suggested the Crane Cafe, four miles down the road. It's well worth it to drive a few miles to get a great meal. If your looking for night life and entertainment, this place is not for you. If you want to relax and chill for a few days, this is the place to visit. But don't take my word for it, plan your Eastern Oregon get-away today! It will be well worth it.
