Description

This tour is one of the most iconic hot air balloon rides in the US. It is a sunrise tour during the summer season. You will get to Tahoe Keys Marina around 5:15-6:45 AM, board a balloon launch vessel, and cruise to Lake Tahoe's designated launch site. While you are cruising, enjoy refreshments and snacks. Once you arrive, you will see the magic of inflating the balloon. Once everything is ready for the ride, you will be taking to unforgettable views of Lake Tahoe. The flight is about an hour long. Once you are back on the launching vessel, there will be champagne and mimosa toasting with the crew. After that, enjoy more drinks on the way back to the marina!

    Holy cow! What a great ride with Tahoe Balloons. A gorgeous morning, and the crew was excellent. On time, explained what was going on, and got us up within the hour. Also the winds were with us so we got to fly over South Lake Tahoe as well as the lake. Sheldon was great at explaining what we were seeing and how we were moving. An amazing ride.

    This was an amazing experience. Crew was all fabulous and took great care of us. The views are incredible. Sheldon our pilot was informative, funny and took great photos that he shared with us. The landing back on the boat waa super smooth and easy. Great way to see the beauty of Lake Tahoe! Do it!

    You absolutely must experience a hot air balloon flight with Lake Tahoe Balloons. Being a balloon pilot, I can tell you with expert confidence that this team is top notch - professional, fun, and most of all safe. I have flown many hundreds of balloon flights all over the country and none come close to this experience. The uniqueness of launching and landing from the boat alone sets this operation apart, the scenery only adds on top of that, and the crew being entertaining and professional put the cherry on top. You won't be disappointed!

    Had an absolutely unforgettable experience with Tahoe Balloons. The boat Capt Greg was very experienced, professional and friendly. The balloon pilot Sheldon was incredibly knowledgeable and the crew was amazing. Can’t say enough good things about our Hot Air Balloon experience. If you’re in Tahoe, this is a MUST DO!!!!

    Awesome experience! The crew was super cool, and the middle-of-the-lake water touchdown was an absolute blast. We got all the way up to 5,500 feet above the lake—supposedly no other service goes that high. Highly recommend! And we also flew over Nevada beach. That was cool. We even flew over the most expensive golf course we even got a picture at the end with the hot air balloon in the boat!
