A Cozy Time at Kulhaus Cabin

Really loved my stay at 4 Seasons Family Fun at Lakeland Village run by RnR Vacation Rentals. Best part is walking out of the condo to the lakefront at any time with no need to coordinate timing with others staying in or driving or parking hassles. I could pop down to the lake as many times a day as I wanted, and I got some great sunsets. Comfortable mattresses, nice furniture, well-stocked kitchen. I'll be back.

RnR Vacation rentals takes care of the home owner and the renter! Fabulous, professional company. I highly recommend ANYONE to list their vacation rental with them. Open communication, beautiful affordable houses and condos that they keep to a very high standard.

What can i say… 610 Lakeland Village was perfect. It was like home from home, with all the amenities needed. The condo backed right onto the lake and each day we woke up to the most panoramic views and some friendly Canadian Geese. We heard so many stories about Bears in Tahoe, and we were hoping to see one (safely of course). Turns out that one Bear decided to stop under our neighbours porch for two evenings. He slept all day, and rolled out (not bothering anyone) around 8:30pm. Its was such an amazing thing! Lakeland was located pretty centrally to shops, restaurants and activity centres. We had the best holiday here and would definitely return.

Home was beautiful, better than the photos. Lots of snow and it snowed while we were there, but majority of the roads were plowed. Backyard had snow up to the fence, but we used the shovels and made a mini tube lane for the kids (ages 3 and 7) They loved it. House was very clean and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast. Area was quiet and peaceful. It was about a 10 min drive to Raleys in South Lake Tahoe. Would definitely stay here again.

RNR is simply the best rental and property management company in South Lake Tahoe. After an extremely frustrating year working with a large national company managing our home, we made the switch to RNR last summer, and the difference between the two companies has been night and day. Unlike larger companies, they intimately know the South Lake Tahoe market since it's the only place they operate, to the benefit of both owners and renters. RNR treats our home like its their own, down to the smallest detail. This personal service and attention to detail is evident in the happy renter reviews we've received so far. They have been incredibly responsive to both us and our renters. I highly recommend them to any homeowner and only wish we had made the switch sooner!
