Two Bunch Palms is a beautiful property with a unique atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re somewhere special. Unfortunately, that’s where the experience begins and ends. The rooms are perfectly average and could use more care and attention. We visited during the low season, which I assumed would be the ideal time for the resort to go above and beyond and create loyal returning guests. Instead, most of the wellness classes listed on the schedule were canceled, leaving very little to do. The breakfast buffet was the biggest disappointment. It lacked variety, freshness, and any sense of hospitality. It doesn’t take a large budget to make breakfast feel inviting—a platter of seasonal fruit like watermelon, peaches, or berries, a few healthier options, and a little presentation would go a long way. Instead, we were served plain eggs, sausages, and some of the worst overnight oats I’ve ever tasted. The coffee was good , but it couldn’t make up for such an uninspired meal. What makes this especially disappointing is that the fixes aren’t expensive or complicated. This property already has everything it needs to be exceptional—the natural setting, the hot springs, and the peaceful atmosphere. It simply feels like management has stopped putting love into the guest experience. I’m giving Two Bunch Palms 3 out of 5 stars. The property is special, but almost everything else feels average. With more attention to the details that guests actually remember, this place could easily deserve five stars.

What a stunning property. You will be taking pictures everywhere you go! The soaking tubs are an absolute must, make sure to reserve one for a time before check-in, so you can arrive and immediately start relaxing. The restaurant on site is delicious and has a nice modernized vintage desert look to it. Staff is wonderful and attentive! The rooms are nice, but our king room felt a little bare with the way the furniture is arranged, but we loved the bathroom and the bed was very cozy!

It was a nice getaway but lots of areas for improvement: Room- needed maintenance and improvements. Got the desert king, which is the most affordable room on the property but still cost $430/night. The room was not properly cleaned as there were hair on robes and in the shower/sink, ac was old and loud, toilet seat was peeling, no place to hang your towels, screen door was falling, and the walls were thin. Soaking tubs- Some of the teak tubs were coated with plaster. The ones that were not need some maintenance done. The cement ones were nice at night as it was too hot to use during the day unless you find one that is fully shaded. Also, there were towels left on the lounge chairs after use and staff didn’t come collect them so it was hard to tell if the chairs and tubs were taken. They have day passes for the public so it gets crowded. Food- good but overpriced. Id have no problem paying the price if my order came out perfectly but my pancake was burnt on one side, steak was tough, and salad was missing a key ingredient (kale) that they failed to inform me they are missing… but the taste is good! Service- Everyone was friendly and nice. They are not detailed oriented but friendly and pleasant. Location- right next to the road and sound travels so it’s not in a completely quiet area. However, there are rooms and tubs that are away from the road.

Our second time here, and it was a truly magical trip. The food was really, really good. In fact, I remembered it as much better than the year before when we were here, so kudos to them. We enjoyed soaking a lot. Every single morning, I would get up and find a pool and soak and enjoy coffee, and it was relaxing, just what we needed at this time. Highly recommend.

The property is magical and you can tell that the staff all enjoy working on site. Ask and you shall receive. They have everything you need - cool pools, hot tubs of differing temperatures, hammocks, mini pools, waterfalls and fire pits are tucked away all over the property, there’s the road runner hiking trail that is short and in the sun, but great in the early morning or late evening, AC in the rooms, restaurant and yoga dome to get out of the heat, plenty of sun and shade to your pleasure, the food and drinks are great, I enjoyed the classes and sound baths especially with the amazing acoustics in the yoga dome. You can use any facility on your schedule (ie morning solo yoga) as long as you don’t bother anyone else and there is a meditative quality to the entire property that helps you reconnect with nature. I was able to work on my laptop from the mineral baths bc the WiFi is excellent. The mineral pools are open all night except for 6am-8am for their daily cleaning, so you can soak under the moonlight and the cool pool is big enough to do short laps if you swim like me. If you need any general supplies like sunscreen, there is a Vons grocery store less than a mile walk away. Be sure to sit under the waterfall in the grotto or in the hotter area - these are the main vortex sites and you can feel the hum. There is no reason to ever leave.. until you run out of money ;) it was my first time and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!
