The park itself is decent. There isn't much to do outside of some small picnic areas and the falls viewpoint. No hiking beyond the tiny walk out to see the falls. When I visited, the falls were almost entirely dried up so it felt pretty underwhelming. That said, the area is still very scenic, with numerous smaller waterfalls across the property.

Lovely park with an amazing view of the falls! I visited at the beginning of October when the falls were dammed, but I can imagine the splendor when they're in full force. Still worthwhile to check out in the winter! The falls are insanely tall and the nearby Dierkes Lake is just lovely.

Shoshone Falls truly lives up to its nickname as the "Niagara of the West"! We absolutely loved our visit here. The waterfall itself is breathtaking, and we were even lucky enough to catch a beautiful rainbow view right from the bridge! Beyond the stunning views, the park facilities are top notch. There's a wonderful, clean park area with plenty of shade where we enjoyed a nice picnic lunch. The restrooms were very well-maintained and clean, which is always a big plus when traveling. To top it off, entry is only $5 for day use,an absolute steal for a place this beautiful. If you're anywhere near the area, don't miss it. It's an easy 5 star stop!

One of the great experiences in Idaho with the stunning views of the Falls. You will find several viewpoints to see the Falls that are taller then Niagara Falls at 212 feet tall and 900 foot wide. The Snake River runs though the basalt canyon walls toward the Columbia River. Spring is the best time to the Falls with high water flows, but have amazing views all year. The park has a five dollar fee to see the Falls. Located about six miles from the Twin Falls Visitor Center on Shoshone Falls Grade Road just off of Fall Ave E. A nice place to see one of the amazing waterfalls with large crowds of people, and with hiking trails to explore the area.

Beautiful park! The falls are impressive, even in late summer. We appreciated the hospitality of the park staff. We had parking for our truck and camper. I am sorry we didn't have more time to enjoy more of the park. This is a day use only park. We stayed at Thousand Springs campground overnight. The sunset was spectacular and very colorful due to wildfires this year.
