Stay and Play at Clydesdale Outpost

Our stay at the Clydesdale Outpost was beyond magical. Kacey and Matt were terrific to work with. They bent over backwards to fit all of our needs and wants. I would go every weekend if I could. The cabins were amazing and decorated absolutely adorable. The horses were HUGE, but very gentle and friendly. Everything was PERFECT! It is a must to check out.

I visited the Clydesdale Outpost for a wellness retreat and it was honestly the best experience ever as far as wellness, relaxation, self-care, healing, and just taking in the stunning beauty of the entire place. I would never want to leave the gorgeous, luxurious, cozy cabin, except that the views right out the front or back door are so inviting and there were so many amazing activities planned for us that were each uniquely soul-nourishing. The Clydesdales were so beautiful and so gentle and just awe-inspiring. To be able to ride them around the gorgeous property was almost as wonderful as being able to stand amongst them and pet and brush and love on them. The entire staff were top notch and Matt went far above and beyond with his thoughtfulness and attention to detail. You would never have to leave the outpost and could remain happy the entire stay, but if you chose, Canada is a short scenic drive north, & Whitefish has everything to offer just a couple miles down the road. I will most certainly be back- counting the days!!

Incredible stay for our anniversary! We were greeted by a gorgeous space, view, and a personalized greeting card with champagne. We felt so welcome and had every need thoughtfully met in the beautiful space. The cedar hot tub at dusk was a huge highlight! We love the Clydesdales and thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful ride around the beautiful property. Could not have been a more lovely stay. Thank you guys so much!

The Clydesdale Outpost is a most welcoming place in the most beautiful location! Each cabin has stunning views of the mountains, a river running through the property, and of course the view of the Clydesdales from the front door! Lots of nature to admire there, including an eagle nest to view right behind the cabins. The cabins have a rustic elegance to them, and you will find comfortable beds, a lovely kitchen with all amenities you might need, a nice big shower, comfortable common room with a gas "stove" heater and an awesome back porch to sit outside, admire the view and relax. Also, a big plus are the cedar hot tubs with jets that you can settle into and relax in any kind of weather. Of all the reviews I've posted, this is the one I'm most emphatic about. I highly recommend this place to visit - its a destination to enjoy and find your inner peace. If you're a horse lover, you're in for a real treat as you can admire the Clydesdales, hang out at the barn and even go for a horseback ride!

One of the best anniversary getaways! As my wife said, it was a "Hallmark Movie" moment. There's not one negative thing I can say about the accommodations, treatment, or staff of Clydesdale Outpost. Everything was perfect. Where else can you ride one of the most beautiful animals on this planet, drink wine in a hot tube with the snow coming down, and eat some of the best food, on the same winter vacation? Highly recommended and we can't wait to return!!!!!!
