We recently had the pleasure of dining at Augusta Vin Winery and were absolutely delighted by the exceptional service provided by Melanie. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcomed. Throughout the meal, Melanie demonstrated a remarkable level of attentiveness and professionalism. She was prompt in taking our order, ensuring that everything was to our liking, and even offering helpful suggestions from the menu. Not only was she efficient in her service, but she also exuded genuine friendliness and hospitality, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. Her cheerful demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate our requests did not go unnoticed. Furthermore, Melanie's exhibited excellent knowledge of the menu, providing insightful descriptions of each wine and helping me make informed choices. Her passion for her work was evident, and it added an extra layer of enjoyment to my dining experience. Overall, I cannot praise Melanie enough for her outstanding service. She truly made our visit memorable, and I will certainly be returning, thanks in large part to her impeccable hospitality. We had an incredible experience at Augusta Vin Winery. We made reservations for a tasting in advance, and they had a table waiting for us. Our server was Chuck, and he made the experience the best. Not only was he very personable, but his knowledge of the winery and wines was vast. We thoroughly enjoyed all the wines we tasted and decided to become members. It’s also one of the most beautiful wineries we have been to. We’re already looking forward to our next trip there.

Incredibly disappointed with our experience here. It is a beautiful venue & we took lovely photos and it is very clean & has comfortable patio seating. BUT We booked a tour for 11:30am, our Uber dropped us off at 11:30am (arrived later than expected due to circumstances out of our control) and made it to the check in stand at 11:33am, to which they told us our tour had left. Please note: their website says there is a 10 minute grace period!! (Screenshot attached). They called the tour guide and on speaker in front of us to the host (Jordan) said “Well too bad for them they were late we left.” Mind you, we had booked this tour a month in advance (Mar 13) they called us and said they had double booked our slot so I’m not surprised if they were quick to give up our spot even when it was their fault for double booking. Their manager, Nicole, said we could get a refund ONLY if we paid for a tasting. Not wanting to waste the time we had already spent there, we complied but they were only able to offer us seating outside and not inside. They said Nicole would be over to speak with us and she never came by. Fortunately, our waiter, Adam, was in good spirits and gave us our tasting & sufficiently met our needs. He was pleasant 😊! I do not recommend doing a tour or tasting here though.

Had a great time for the wine tasting with friends. We enjoyed the ambiance and the wine and we would certainly come back. Melanie was the best hostess ever. She ushered our experience and made sure that we had everything we need as well as made sure we understood the wines we tasted.
