I am still in awe of the magical experience we had at CHS! Thank you Mike for having a vision and transforming the property into a beautiful oasis. I appreciate your intentionality with every detail from the natural water sounds throughout the property, to the Dyson blow dryer and healthy snacks in the room, to the cold plunge and suit dryer at the hot springs, and the thoughtfully delivered flowers, dessert (avoiding my intolerances which is so far above and beyond and appreciated), and customized menus for my birthday and our anniversary. Thank you to the staff who not only went above and beyond in every way, but seem genuinely happy to be there (stay tuned for my application in years to come;). Thank you to the farm and kitchen teams who understand the importance of sustainability and organic farming, while having the skillset to make healthy food taste delicious, while looking beautiful. I have no idea how you come up with a different dinner menu every night, so impressive! And the divine tea, OMG, it's well named and I can't wait to try to recreate it at home with the mix I bought from the boutique. The service team at meals was fabulous as well, and I am sorry I'm not remembering her name, but the dark haired, youthful, friendly hostess was wonderful! Thank you to the activities team who help made our stay even more fun, safe, and adventurous, especially Amanda who was a delight to connect with and take classes from. Thank you to Rayna and Robert for their kindness and skills on the spa side. And to everyone who played a role in creating a flawless experience from our first emails to the landscaping, cleaning, and maintenance teams to the bellhop/valet team, THANK YOU for a very special, priceless anniversary trip! Our experience was pure perfection from start to finish and I am already spreading the word, and eager to come back to paradise again in the future.

Castle Hot Springs is an absolutely beautiful place to unwind. Our cabin was luxurious, comfortable, and felt completely private. We spent our days floating in the natural hot springs and joining in on the daily activities, which made the trip equal parts fun and incredibly relaxing. The customer service throughout our entire stay was warm, attentive, and effortless. Honestly, the food exceeded our expectations in every single way. Every meal felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared, well beyond standard resort dining. If you need a peaceful getaway that covers every single detail, this place is well worth it.

Great service and great experience. Loved the watsu and via ferrata / rappelling. Hoping they add intro rock climbing / top roping in the future. Top service, amazing food, great attention and respect for food allergies. Even at very high end resorts sometimes finding people who properly understand allergies can be hard, so really love and appreciate their effort to make us feel safe with allergies. Our second stay and we hope to return in the future.

Castle Hot Springs is a very special place to us! We just got home from our 4th visit in 40 months to celebrate the anniversary of our engagement last year on a hike at Salvation Peak! Truly a desert oasis- the location is perfect for a romantic, quiet, relaxing getaway. The whole staff are exceptionally friendly! Love farm to table food, presentation is like a piece of art on your plate and the taste is incredibly delicious- a culinary experience! The hot springs energy healing waters are amazing especially under the stars. We can’t wait to go back!!

There is no way I can summarize my 3 nights here in this little box. The other 5 star reviews capture most of it. I booked this trip with my daughter as a retirement treat to myself and loved EVERY minute....including the 7 mile dirt road in a rented Jeep Wrangler. We got to see a family of burros up close and personal! Staff all A+. Enjoyed getting to learn about them. Food A+. All clean and fresh and top notch. Activities A+, both included and additional cost. Grounds A+. Well kept, and stunningly beautiful at night with all the backlighting in the shrubs/trees. Not one detail was left unattended nor need unmet during our stay. I was wished a happy retirement during many interactions. I will be back. This time with my other 2 daughters. It's a splurge trip for sure but money I will happily spend again.
