During Glow Kayaking experience, you'll arrive at Rio Vista Park and meet your guide by the blue van near Ivars River Pub. After signing waivers and receiving safety instructions, you'll embark on a guided nighttime kayaking or paddle boarding tour. The glow of LED lights attached to the equipment will create a mesmerizing atmosphere as you navigate the calm waters, making Glow Kayaking a unique and memorable experience.

Mary was our tour guide for tonight and she was just amazing. She was so knowledgeable about all the animals and nature itself. She was funny and just so enjoyable. Izzy was also amazing when we first got there. Overall we loved the experience.

Amazing experience!! Our guide Joan was exceptional—knowledgeable, funny, and helpful. We did the 8:15pm glow tour which is the best of all worlds—enough daylight as you get started, sunset golden hour, then quiet paddling at night. You learn so much about the beautiful San Marcos River which is easy to paddle, even for beginners like us!

Had an amazing time! Izzy was awesome and was really good about pointing out the wildlife and give a good overview on the history of the river and why it’s special. Highly recommend, though make sure you wear bottoms that can get wet haha

We spent a few days in San Antonio and only had time for a couple of attractions. For Saturday, our choices were either Aquatica Glow or kayaking—my kids chose kayaking, and we were not disappointed! Our guide, Izzy, was upbeat and informative throughout the trip. We were amazed by how clear and beautiful the water is in San Marcos. We definitely plan on coming back!

This was so much fun! Our tour guide Mary was fun and entertaining! Great activity for everyone kids, adults and groups. Definitely recommend and would do it again.
