Rejuvenating Spa Day at Southall

We had an incredible experience at Southall Farm & Inn! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beauty of the property. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking—peaceful, luxurious, and surrounded by nature. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect place to relax and unwind. We dined at the restaurants on the property, and both were outstanding. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the service was warm, attentive, and welcoming. You can truly tell they take pride in providing an exceptional guest experience. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a relaxing weekend, or simply a great place to enjoy an amazing meal, Southall is a hidden gem. We left feeling refreshed and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting the Franklin area!

Beautiful place!! Service is the name of the game! We stayed 2 nights for the ERNEST experience. He was so good! The spa is beautiful. The steam room, mineral pool, and staff were amazing! I was disappointed greatly with the pedicure and addressed it with staff. The massage was okay, as well as the facial. I would not say they were " top tier". The guys at valet were so friendly. Sojourner had great food and fantastic service!! Breakfast was relaxing with all the windows and scenery. I like the relaxing atmosphere and recommend the Inn for a weekend getaway. This might ruffle some feathers, but small children being loud at the pool and in the lobby took away from the experience. Not sure if it needs to be labeled for family. Running in the halls and playing in the rooms, takes away from the calm vibe the Southall emits. Shootout to Toni, the concierge, for being such a sweet person!! The place is just so peaceful! Come and take a walk for a weekend!! I can't even imagine how beautiful it will be there in the fall!!

Our stay at Southall Farm was amazing! It is an exceptional resort with great attention to detail and service! The staff is friendly and so helpful! Farm to table food is truly delicious! Our Hilltop cabin was spacious and well appointed. Southall Farm is an ode to nature. The resort structures and gardens are as beautiful as the surrounding land. Southall hospitality is pure perfection & five star recommend! We hope to return to Southall Farm for another wonderful vacation!

Wife and I had dinner for a second time and it wasn’t good. The steak was very bland for $64. The only reason we went the second time is because we had to use a gift given to us. The 23% standard service charge is outrageous and the waitress made sure she explained to us they she doesn’t make anything from this charge so I felt bad and tipped her another $25 on top of this charge. I’m sorry but this place isn’t a resort type of setting. I also wouldn’t spend over $800 for a one night stay in a hotel room there.

We went for the day to use the spa and get treatments. What a wonderful experience! A BIG thank you to Karan who gave me the best massage (on her birthday no less!). She is so knowledgeable and knew I suffer from headaches and gave me some great tips. The sound bath was incredible The mineral pool was amazing Lunch was delicious HIGHLY RECOMMEND
