South Padre Island Horseback Riding Adventures

Everyone on staff was super sweet! Our horses were full of personality and were very easy to ride! The sunset was truly breathtaking and riding up and down the dunes was my favorite part! Totally worth the money for such a beautiful experience! Hope and Will shared great stories and facts along the way making it a more interesting ride and they took pictures of us riding that we will cherish forever! Here’s one I snapped of Hope!

We went as a family with mixed riding abilities and special needs. The guides were very detailed in discussing riding abilities and needs. We went on a morning ride and a sunset ride. Lindsey, Steven and Frank took great care of us and kept an eye on the entire group. They made jokes, laughed, took pictures, and made the rides worth coming back! 10/10 recommend whether you ride all the time or have never ridden!!!

Beautiful experience with William and the crew tonight! I’ve always wanted to do this ride and am so glad I was able to. Thank you for checking this bucket list item for me! The check-in process was seamless, the instruction was great for a rookie rider like me, and the petting zoo with the cutest little animals while you wait for your ride was such a perk :) don’t miss the mischievous little goats! I especially appreciate that these animals are rescues, each with unique stories about how they came to be at the ranch. You can really see the heart and love the staff and guides have for their animals and it really endeared me to this organization. I got the joy of riding Trio, and under a full moon no less! certainly made my heart beat :) Thank you again!

10/10 would recommend this experience! The horses and guides are amazing! We learned so much about the island during our sunset ride! My kids (6, and 12) rode for the first time, and had so much fun they wanted to come back the next day! Thank you for such an amazing experience!! We will definitely be back the next time we go to SPI!

The two young ladies who were our handlers were outstanding! They are very nice and knowledgeable about horses. They were understanding of my first time riding a horse. Safety was a priority. I had great fun riding a horse named Red here!
