Nice urban multi-use (hike/bike/dogs) trail. Mostly flat, with a few ups & downs. Lovely scenery, plenty of shade. Lots of turtles soaking up the sun next to the lake! Oddly enough, while the people of Austin seem very friendly and welcoming, the people using this trail are EXTREMELY unfriendly. And they lack any sense of trail etiquette—several idiots zipped past us from behind, on e-bikes, without a hint of warning. Come on, people of Austin—I know it’s hot and humid but life is short so be happy and smile once in a while!

I love this trail. We road around for a couple of hours. There are many scenic places along the trail. It's well maintained and easy to walk and ride your bike there. There are kayak and paddleboard rentals there as well. There is a good amount of parking around parts of the trail if you are driving there. A word of advice, hide anything valuable because they seem to have frequent break ins. There are signs near the entrance.

It’s a beautiful trail for walking, biking, and light running around the lady bird lake. It has gorgeous views of the lake and the city. The trail is dog friendly, is neat and clean. It has benches too to sit, relax and enjoy the view. The lake is clean, has ducks and birds in it. There are paddle boats and kayaks available to rent near the lake. Overall a gorgeous trail.

The best recreation spot in the city! Everything was super. The Lady Bird Lake Trail is fantastically maintained and offers beautiful views of the skyline and the water. It’s perfect for a walk or a run, very clean, and full of positive energy. A real gem in the heart of the city that you shouldn't miss.
