There are few businesses that have the integrity that Carrigan Farms has. My husband and I planned our destination wedding here with Terrell. We had a virtual tour last fall and decided on a smaller weekday wedding. Throughout the whole process, communication was top notch. All questions were answered in a timely manner and staff was extremely helpful. They were already 5 stars in my mind. Then, the unthinkable happened. My dad had a massive stroke a week before the wedding and wasn't expected to recover. This was a destination wedding for everyone, so all of sudden, my guest count started diminishing as my immediate family needed to stay by his side. We called Carrigan just to give them a heads up and Kelly and Doug's response was... shocking. Not only did they say that they hadn't ordered the food yet, and could wait until the last minute for us to give them an updated headcount, but they even offered to move our wedding to another weekday if needed. After all the horror stories you hear about getting nickel and dimed through weddings, Carrigan was a light.
We went on with the wedding, and staff was so attentive to everyone, especially Johnny. The venue was perfect, the setting was beautiful, the children had so much fun playing on the beach, and I'm still hearing compliments about the food. An amazing event for booking Carrigan Farms sight unseen and without tasting the food (we live in Seattle). Thanks again, Carrigan! My dad passed 4 hours before my ceremony, and I'm so grateful I have the wonderful memories of this happy event to think of.
