Melissa the instructor was very clear and informative! Professional and positive! The experience as a whole was incredible! Feet off the door was available for 90% of the flight which was MORE than i expected(legs in for take off and landing). Feet/legs doors off is extra $$ but worth the beautiful experience! kurt the helicopter pilot was amazing; informative and friendly! Safety is their number 1 priority and i felt safe and had fun!

Amazing experience! Best price you will get and the no door experience is out of this world. Best views of New York City and surrounding areas. The staff here are knowledgeable and safety is their top priority taking you through each precaution to make the experience as amazing and safe as possible. Would come back and redo this experience in a heart beat.

The tour is worth the money. Everything was smooth and well organised. The staff guided us step by step through all safety protocols. The tour was awesome, NYC from the air is astonishing. Open door flight is super fun and thrill. I highly recommend FLYNYON!

The reception not very friendly, unwelcoming, a smile goes a long way. The fight lasted 25 mins instead of 30-33 as advertised. I purchased the ultimate package because I wanted to see everything that was listed. We didn't go over time square or the vessel. The pilot covered all of downtown, east river and only went into Manhattan by Central Park south. Then he returned the same way he went up instead of looping around and head south by the Hudson. For $1000 I expected better.

100% recommendable! Love the service, the attention, the trip too much. That is, I was delighted. If you have doubts about getting on and doing something extreme, don't think twice because you will love the trip through the clouds. Melissa & K love's them a lot.
