Incredible from start to finish! Jamir checked us in and walked us through the whole process. These guys are true professionals and we knew we were in good hands from the start. Our pilot William was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and gave us an awesome 30 minute doors off night flight. Highly recommend. Worth the splurge!!

Some of these 1 star reviews on here seem untrue. Our experience was the complete opposite. They staff & pilots were all very friendly and accommodating. A few weeks before our trip, I needed to reschedule my flight for later in the same day. It was easy and painless to reschedule, though I did have to pay a fee for rescheduling. I knew about this fee prior to booking my trip the first time, and they discussed the fee with me again prior to rebooking. So they were upfront and honest about their pricing. And their customer service was great. On to the flight! The flight was incredible. Amazing views of the city - exactly as advertised. Our pilot went by every landmark twice - once for the passengers on the left, and again for those on the right. I would absolutely do this again, and have already recommended many friends to use FlyNYON when they come. Great job!

Most amazing experience of my life! I visit New York often and I was wanting to live life on the edge a little and book a helicopter tour to see the city from above. The staff was absolutely phenomenal, especially Bryan! He was very informative and took very good care of us. This tour was the 30 minute doors off in the morning seeing all of the city from above. This is worth every single penny and I will do this every single time I visit! I would give more stars than 5 if possible!

I loved the experience very much. The company organizing the flight is very experienced and wonderful and is keen to educate customers on everything related to take-off and to the flight such as safety and security. Because I love adventure, I choose to fly with the door open, not scary at all. The employees are also very kind and professional and flexible in changing the booking that meets the needs and preferences of each customer . The experience was really worth it.
