This was an absolutely incredible experience. The staff is great sharing so much information about the bridge. Perfectly safe. You can certainly feel when the large trucks pass over but you get used to the vibrations. I would definitely do this again. Go, Enjoy it!

The Bridge walk was an experience of a lifetime! The views are amazing and they ensure your safety so all you have to do is walk and enjoy. The entire staff there was amazing and our guide, Doug was an absolute delite! He provided so much insight about the history of the bridge, river and town. 10 out of 10 recommend to try this! Even if you fear heights, they will make sure you are comfortable and will ease all your fears along the way.

One of the coolest experiences in my life so far - The views were stunning and unforgettable and definitely the highlight of our trip to New River Gorge. Definitely a must do if you’re in the area and even if you’re not! Make your reservation in advance or tours will book up. They are open all year, 7 days a week - only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. We went on the 6:00 tour so we even got to see some sunset through the bridge!

Along with a couple we know, my wife and I enjoyed the bridge walk tour on October 8th. What an amazing experience it is! And it was made even more interesting by Larry, our tour guide. Knowledgeable, friendly, and an engaging conversationalist, Larry shared interesting insights on the gorge, the bridge, and the area. For anyone visiting the New River Gorge, the bridge walk is a MUST DO!

Nothing short of Amazing! My husband and I decided to conquer our fear and do this and we had a blast. Our tour guide Jay was the best! He knew I was scared and helped me along in the best way. It was 851 feet and we were tethered. The bridge walk is 1.5 miles across one way. The view was spectacular and Jay told us the whole history of the bridge. I cant say enough good things about this adventure. It was breathtaking.
