The staff was so nice. We went on the drop tower and it was a blast. The claw machines weren’t a scam and the best part was the go karting. It was the best indoor go-karting in the country. I can’t wait to come back. I still have to mention how good the food was. It blessed my mouth when I took the first bite. 10/10 experience!

Those who follow me know how honest and fair I always try to be with my reviews. By the way, this spicy mango margarita was a **10/10** it was recommended by the bartender. Many thanks to the gentleman in the photo; it was absolutely delicious. On the other hand, we moved over to the bowling area to play with our group. We were there celebrating one of our friends’ birthdays, and unfortunately we experienced poor service from the waitress who attended us. It may be that she was not going through the best moment in her life; however, the service we received was clearly affected by her actions and attitude. After bringing us the waters, she never returned to the table to check if we needed anything else. She brought the appetizers we ordered and then took a very long time to come back with the main course. When she finally returned, she told us that our food had been given to another table, delivering the message with an unprofessional attitude. She then said she would give us a free pizza — in a way that felt more like “take it or leave it,” showing zero empathy for the mistake and lack of customer care. We chose not to accept the offer and decided to leave the restaurant. Of course, this reflects only the experience we personally had. The place itself is very beautiful, and the bar atmosphere is warm and welcoming. However, poor service can ruin an occasion that was meant to be a pleasant and unforgettable experience.

My experience at Supercharged Go Karting was decent overall, but there were definitely a few areas that could be improved. The website was a little confusing when it came to the hours of operation. One advertisement stated that the Edison, NJ location opened at 9:00 AM, while another listed 11:00 AM. I even called to verify the hours and was told 9:00 AM, only to later receive a call saying that was a mistake. It would be helpful if the website and staff provided consistent information. Once we arrived, the facility itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We were able to take advantage of the Friday special, which was $61 per person for three rides, so that was a pretty good deal. Before riding, instructions were provided, but unfortunately, not all of the drivers followed them. That definitely took away from the experience at times. I guess that’s the world we live in—if no one is watching, will everyone still do what they’re supposed to do? The crowd and overall environment also felt a little unsettling at times, depending on who was there. My advice would be to come as early as possible, especially if you want to avoid long wait times. The wait can become pretty drastic as the day goes on. Overall, I had a decent time. It wasn’t a bad experience, and I may return again, but I would definitely plan to go earlier next time.
