If you are going for the day to snorkel or scuba in the den than its a great experience. The lagoon is a very nice idea however the water was dyed such a dark blue you couldn't see hardly anything so you were stepping on pipes, stones, hitting legs and feet into random walls or steps, the ground in it was slimy so you slipped and slide. The very center of the lagoon was nice if you can make it there without being injured. The water us clear, cold and clean. Everything has signs on it that it closes at 5pm which is rough for people camping. The campground for RV does have full hookups and nice shade however there were German roaches all in the downed leaves and flys all over both flying onto the rvs, tables and chairs. It made it rough for the time you want to be outside and cooking. Plus the danger of bringing them home. We ended up with several in our car. The staff indicated that they do have pest control come once a month. So maybe it was the time of year but I would RV camp with caution. I think that there could be a lot of potential if it was better maintained.

This place is a sight to see and experience. For the fee you get 90 mins in the Devils Den with no more that 45 people at a time. Which you have plenty of room. You also get access to the man made lagoon, which is pretty impressive. Food truck are usually available, if they do offer park style grills and benches. Bring you camera for sure.

Here’s a polished Google review you can post: We had such an amazing experience at Devil’s Den! From the moment we arrived, TJ and the entire staff made us feel welcome. They even helped fill up our floats, which was such a thoughtful touch and set the tone for a fantastic day. The spring itself is absolutely breathtaking with crystal-clear blue water that’s perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or diving. The property is well maintained and family-friendly, with plenty of shaded areas, picnic tables, and room to relax between swims. There was even an ice cream truck and a great souvenir shop, which made the visit even more fun for the kids. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about their guests and wants everyone to have a great experience. If you’re looking for a unique Florida adventure for all ages, Devil’s Den is a place you have to visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Great experience at Devil’s Den! The staff were outstanding, easy to understand and work with. The spring was wonderful, great to have only a few people swimming at a time as it made life easy. The water was cool, but very easy to stay in for your time spot. The lagoon and grounds were also fantastic. We found this experience to be a great value and something we have been wanting to do for quite some time, very glad we made it.

Completely amazing! You must make reservations in advance. Absolutely incredible experience at Devil’s Den Prehistoric Spring in Williston, Florida. The entire property is clean, organized, and professionally managed from the moment you arrive. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire check-in and snorkeling process smooth and easy even for first-time visitors like us. The underground spring itself is breathtaking with crystal-clear water, ancient rock formations, natural light shining through the cave opening, and one of the most unique swimming experiences in Florida. The water stays around 72 degrees year-round which made it refreshing but still comfortable for snorkeling and diving. They offer snorkeling, scuba diving, equipment rentals, cabins, RV hookups, tent camping, picnic areas, pavilions, and outdoor swimming. We brought our own snowflake equipment but I inquired about There rental equipment and as expected clean and in excellent condition and the safety briefing was detailed and professional. "Devil's Den" Visibility underwater was amazing and seeing fish, rock formations, and the prehistoric cavern environment in person was unreal. The atmosphere feels peaceful, relaxing, and unlike any tourist attraction in Florida. It was the perfect place for our family & perfect for photographers, divers, and anyone wanting a unique outdoor experience. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the property and preserving the natural beauty of the spring. Easily one of the best day trips and snorkeling experiences I have ever had. Highly recommend Devil’s Den to anyone visiting Florida looking for something unforgettable. Five stars without hesitation. PS they even had a lunch truck there.
