City Climb at Edge NYC offers a unique and thrilling experience, allowing participants to scale the side of a skyscraper to a height of 1,271 feet. The journey begins with gearing up and a safety briefing, followed by ascending steps on a 45-degree incline to the Apex, the highest outdoor platform in New York City. Climbers are then able to lean out from this platform, providing a heart-racing view of Manhattan below. The experience includes access to the Edge observation deck afterwards, where you can enjoy 360-degree views of the city. Safety is prioritized with professional guides and secure harness systems ensuring a memorable and safe ascent.

I did the city climb on October 13 when it was a really windy and rainy day. I was nervous doing the climb, and my guide Vanessa was so nice and helpful. She was incredibly good at her job, and she coached me through feeling safe and secure. I told her I didn’t want to do the lean at the top, and she was supportive and didn’t push me to do it. I am happy that she was my instructor and encouraged me the entire way through. In fact, the entire staff was very nice! I highly recommend this place and coming to The Edge and doing The City Climb.Suyash Tripathi

City Climb is an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Everything was well organized, exciting, and made us feel safe while still delivering an incredible adrenaline rush and breathtaking views. Our guide, Jackson, was very supportive, patient, and understanding, which made the experience even better. He knew exactly how to encourage us when needed, and the photos he took were amazing. The company is truly lucky to have him on their team. Overall, this is a must-do experience in New York. Wow! All I can say is wow! My guide Vanessa was incredible and made me feel at ease throughout the whole experience. She was very attentive and responsive to all my questions and very knowledgeable about New York and it's history. Every employee I dealt with was extremely professional and great at making me feel safe. For future customers some words of advice: don't be scared, just do it, and please, please, please go to the bathroom before you suit up! The whole thing from start to finish takes about an hour and once you are suited up there is no chance for a bathroom break.Ariadna Arias

Kyle was great! He comforted guests who were nervous and led us through every step of the way! The climb itself was so much fun, we scheduled for 8pm so we could catch the sunset and see the city lights at night. It was so beautiful and although I reside here it’s always nice to see my city from a different perspective!!
