Had an absolutely incredible experience with Apostle Islands Kayak Tours this past weekend exploring the sea/ice caves. Truly one of the most breathtaking adventures I’ve ever done. The guides were professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience both safe and unforgettable. The caves themselves are surreal — pictures don’t do them justice. This has officially been checked off the bucket list, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime Lake Superior adventure.

I’ve been on 3 cave tours with this outfitter. Eugene is great!! He always makes sure “ safety first”…it’s great to learn about the history of the area too. The night caves were amazing!!! Our day cave hike was canceled due to the warm weather. The outfitter sent a list of other hikes with caves/waterfalls..So I drove up to Siskiwit falls and took a beautiful hike along the river!!! Can’t wait for next year!!!!

Randy and James are absolute gems. We toured with Randy and she was fantastic! If you want a relaxing tour with a fun, funny, and easy to talk to guide, book here!😁 she had no one booked after us and took us out a little further than where we were "supposed to go." 10/10 experience and would come back

We were on the slushy tour 2 days after a major storm and were the first group out that morning, so conditions were completely shaped by nature. Our guide, Eugene, was great and enthusiastic. Before moving on, he checked a couple of times that everyone was okay and had waterproof boots, and no one said otherwise. The slush seemed manageable at first but worsened as we continued, which likely wasn’t predictable. I appreciated his effort to get us to the end of the tour to experience the caves that we could safely. My only suggestion would be clearer expectations at the start and an option to turn back if someone isn’t comfortable.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and noted specific details we should see and/or be aware of throughout the tour. Ron was friendly and conversational which made for a pleasant experience. Amazing views of the caves and general rock formations!
