We had such a fun Friday-evening stroll around Historic Downtown Saint Augustine in August 2026. There are fancy cars, tour trolleys, horse-drawn carriages, musicians, artists, art galleries, magnificent architecture, bars, restaurants, historic charm, and the river front access! There are dozens of memorable buildings-The Lightner Museum, Casa Monica, Flagler College, and all of the beautiful store fronts, bed and breakfasts, and historic sites. The energy is vibrant, artists are working, music is in the air. Families, couples, college kids, tourists are all buzzing about trying to take it all in. There is so much to see, I could return several more days and still not see it all-but I will try!

Such a beautiful blend of history and coastal charm. The cobblestone streets, historic landmarks and relaxing beach atmosphere make it a perfect getaway. Great food, friendly people, and plenty to explore. If you are a history nerd this is a place to be as this is the oldest city in USA from French , Hispanic era.

Incredible old city in Florida. Oldest city in the USA and the landmarks show it. The place was beautiful and great to walk through. Building have old architecture which I think is better than today’s buildings. Takes you back.

Fun walking around downtown! So e. History along the way of Pounce De Leon! Being my first time here it's definitely fun and historical all day long here. Lovely Small town and plenty to eat and do!

The historic downtown has such a charming and welcoming atmosphere. From the oldest wooden schoolhouse to the fort and people dressed in historical costumes, everything feels authentic and full of character. The historic architecture and lively street life give the area a warm, friendly vibe that makes walking around a real pleasure.
