Silver Springs Star Park is an amazing place to visit, it was magical. Walking around this place she finds so much wildlife. Surprisingly, there’s also a lot of development for weddings and other events like that. There are restrooms available in multiple locations. The glass bottom boats are worth the time and money. It was really nice to have the guided tour. We did a 30 minute trip.

I completely recommend Silver Springs State Park—it is easily one of the best parks in Florida! The entire experience is wonderful from start to finish. The Wildlife & Nature: The trails are nice and scenic, and the water is simply beautiful. On my visits, I’ve been lucky enough to see otters, alligators, gar, mullet, bream, a variety of birds, and even monkeys! The Glass-Bottom Boat Tour: This tour is totally worth it. I’ve done it twice now, and both times the captains were awesome, engaging, and very informative. Park Amenities: The gift shop and cafes are also really nice additions to the park. Overall, it’s a fantastic destination whether you're looking to hike or get out on the water. I’ve loved every minute of my visits and would definitely love to try kayaking there soon!

This was a very nice family treat. Plenty of trails to walk on with beautiful scenery. The 30 min glass boat tour was a perfect combination of history and nature. The Cristal clear waters are truly beautiful, its so cool seeing the alligators swimming alongside the kayakers and paddleboarders.

What a trip down memory lane! I came here when I was young with my family and this time brought my two grandchildren who live in Egypt. They thoroughly enjoyed seeing the monkeys, the otters, the alligators, birds, the springs and especially the glassbottom boat ride. Really amazing that they're still the same boats from the '60s and so much great information is provided on the tour. The longer tour was not available so book before you go. Really a great memory and adventure for us all!

I came to this park when I was about 12 years old. Now 59 years I'm back visiting again. My wife and I rented a canoe and did the two hour tour. It was great. We saw manatees, alligators, all sorts of water birds. All of it was beautiful. Two hours is the perfect amount of time you need to do this water loop. Next time I think we will do the five hour float down the river. Note: You are not suppose to canoe directly over a Manatee, but they came swimming by as we were floating along. It was a fun relaxing day here and the scenary was beautiful. The low fee to enter the park makes this place the deal of the century.
