Absolutely wonderful experience at Silver Springs State Park! We loved everything about our visit. The park itself is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. We decided to take the boat tour and bought tickets for the 30-minute ride. I highly recommend this option—it is the perfect amount of time to see the beautiful springs and enjoy the water. It was especially great for our family; 30 minutes was just right to keep our three kids fully engaged and entertained without them getting tired. A fantastic place for a family day out, solid 5 stars.

What a trip down memory lane! I came here when I was young with my family and this time brought my two grandchildren who live in Egypt. They thoroughly enjoyed seeing the monkeys, the otters, the alligators, birds, the springs and especially the glassbottom boat ride. Really amazing that they're still the same boats from the '60s and so much great information is provided on the tour. The longer tour was not available so book before you go. Really a great memory and adventure for us all!

I came to this park when I was about 12 years old. Now 59 years I'm back visiting again. My wife and I rented a canoe and did the two hour tour. It was great. We saw manatees, alligators, all sorts of water birds. All of it was beautiful. Two hours is the perfect amount of time you need to do this water loop. Next time I think we will do the five hour float down the river. Note: You are not suppose to canoe directly over a Manatee, but they came swimming by as we were floating along. It was a fun relaxing day here and the scenary was beautiful. The low fee to enter the park makes this place the deal of the century.

Silver Springs was absolutely amazing! The clear kayak tour with EPIC tours was just that epic, with such stunning views. The tour guides were incredibly friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. Their humor kept everyone entertained throughout the trip. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun and memorable adventure!

Came here to see the famous glass bottom boats. I want to start by sharing that I love the entrance! It looks somewhat retro but has aged very well, and the boardwalk with the trees going through it is neat! Now to the highlight: The boats. These boats are a masterpiece, beautifully crafted by intricate woodwork that you'll never see in a modern boat. I'm biased since I love Woody interiors, but they really are beautiful! The ride was amazing! Getting to see the already beautiful river from this POV is incredible, and the captain did a great job describing this amazing places history and pointing out landmarks. It was a great thing to do as our trip neared its end!
