I've visited this aquarium several times over the years. It's very well maintained and the employees are very friendly. I enjoy the educational talks they give about the various fish and animals they have. I enjoy walking around and seeing all the fish. It's very relaxing. This is a must do activity for all ages if you're visiting Corpus Christi. Also, if you're a member of an AZA zoo or aquarium you can get in for half price.

Love this aquarium! We have visited the past three years for our annual Corpus trip and we look forward to it every year. The price is a little higher than one might expect but with the cost of taking care of the animals and the Wildlife Rescue Center it definitely makes sense! We are members of a local zoo, so we were able to get a discount on two of our tickets. There is so much to do at the aquarium! Our kids are 4 and 7 and they loved the new Ocean Odyssey play area. All of the exhibits are so great and the staff at the touch pools are super knowledgeable. The dolphin show is always a favorite and I definitely recommend getting a seat about 30 minutes before the show. If you are visiting during the summer with kids, it is so worth the price because you can enjoy the HEB splash park. Overall I highly recommend the Texas State Aquarium!

Great aquarium! Multi levels and different areas. We enjoyed the stingrays and jellyfish. The dolphin show was great too. You literally need the whole day there. We had four hours and it didn’t feel like enough time. Bathrooms are decently clean and there is a good variety of drinks, alcohol, and even snow cones. One of my favorites was the yellow smiling eel!

Absolutely love it! Clean beautiful facility. All the animal exhibits are clean and well taken care of. Dolphin show was fun. I like that you can purchase the family 4 pass and only have to put a persons name for the first one, the rest of them you can bring any person as long as you are present. Love the water park for kids! My son enjoyed it so much. So glad we purchased a membership!

Pricey but it goes towards conservation so it's worth it. Wasn't super crowded, the gift shop was a decent size, multiple places to grab food, and lots of different POV to look at the fish. A lot of employees around to educate on the different species, they had a dolphin show, sea turtles, sharks, rays, otters, etc. We didn't go to the kids area but they seemed big and clean, both the indoor play space and the outdoor splash pad area.
