This place was such a blast. The aquarium and rainforest pyramids were really interesting and had a great diversity of wildlife to see. If you’re going to visit, I recommend getting the all access pass. It’s maybe twenty dollars more than just a pyramid pass, but you get all day access to the pyramids, 3-D large format shows (5-7 total) and the water park during the summer. We started our day at opening and had enough to do to get us to dinner time. Not cheap, but high value for the money. If you have to pick one thing to see, I think the rainforest pyramid is the best use of time. So many birds, fish, and inspect species to see.

I truly adore this establishment. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. The exhibits are enjoyable, and all the animals appear to be in excellent health and condition. We particularly enjoyed the "Dinos Alive" exhibit, where we observed animatronic dinosaurs and excavated bones in the sand. The aquarium offered a wonderful opportunity to interact with rays, and the rainforest exhibit was simply superb. I could easily spend an entire day here, and in fact, we did!

We really enjoyed our visit. It wasn’t too busy so we just walked up and got out tickets. I would say on a weekend or holiday, purchase tickets ahead of time. We did the Aquarium and Rain Forest. It was wonderful.

We bought our tickets from Groupon for all three pyramids and waves, plus we got to do a ziplining activity. Overall, Moody Gardens is a full-day picnic spot that's also educational for kids and offers an amazing experience. Every person coming to Galveston must visit this location and should not miss Moody Gardens and the aquarium for sure. It's totally worth it.
