Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Jocelyn, Erin, and Andrew for their outstanding customer service. They were friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer questions, explain everything thoroughly, and make sure our group had an amazing time on the dunes. Riding through the Pismo Dunes was an absolute blast, and knowing we had such a great team supporting us made the experience even better. We had an awesome experience. The quick education by video, oral quiz, and short lectures was really important. Before we got on the sand, there was already an ambulance rushing to save someone. We got two 4x4 450 ATVs, which were suitable for everything. We started practicing on the flat zone one and explored each zone. We were cautious about what the other side of the dune might be, which is a good idea because we came across 3 dunes that could have been disastrous if we were speeding. We had a lot of fun in zone 2 and fun watching more outgoing riders on their private toys do all kinds of things. We spent 3 hours and enjoyed pushing ourselves to do something we never did. Check them out. They are a solid company.

We had an amazing experience with Sunbuggy Rentals in Oceano. My 16 year old son and I have never really been on ATVs or beach dunes and they made our time there fun and safe. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and the adventure itself was unlike any other. Highly recommend!

We had an blast! Andrew was great. He was not only entertaining but also very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of advice on navigating the dunes. He was very nice and even gave us an upgrade since our rental wasn't ready. Sonia was a excellent driver, sharing great insights about the area and being very sweet. Autumn worked as quickly as possible to ensure we had a wonderful experience. She was able to be friendly despite how long the line was and how impatient some people were being. I suggest arriving an hour early, as the lines can become a bit long.

stopped by for a little information since the dunes are closed for the next few weeks and Rob and his guys were so extremely friendly and accommodating to me and my kids and… My daughter in particular was nervous about wearing a full face helmet for the first time and even though we weren’t riding today, they let her give it a shot and really talked to my kids about what the experience would be like in a few weeks when we’re able to get back out there!
