Ride Buggies on Oceano Dunes

Over such a great experience! Every single staff was so friendly and helpful. From helping us park, to Lynn getting us fitted with our gear, to the shuttle to the vehicles... Special shout out to the team patrolling the dunes checking in on the riders. Also very impressed the bathroom had 8 rolls of toilet paper ready to go. A heads up: they mention it but yeah the area is deceptively large. Highly recommend to drive thru zone 1 until u get your bearings. Also recommend bringing a bandana or you may swallow sand.

This is the third time we are renting from Sun Buggie. Everyone is awesome there especially Rob, he made sure we had a great time and was satisfied with what we were renting. Besides keeping us entertained and educated about the wildlife and safety. Me and my family had a great time, cant wait to come back!

Took my 8 year old son to ride today and we had the best experience. So fun! The entire experience was easy and quick, from the initial phone call to make the reservation to the check-in process, as well as the shuttle and return. Every employee we came across was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back again.

The check in process was a torture with just one check in Rep. The additional paperwork was unexpected as we thought all the forms were completed online. It took a whole extra hour to wait in line to check in, to get a clip board to fill out more forms then to have to get back in line wait some more and then to finally get our helmets goggles and then another 15 to 20 minutes wait for a shuttle to take us out to the beach to get our vehicles. Our reservation was at 10, we arrived at 9:15…and we did not start driving until almost 11. All of the staff was really nice. You’ll definitely need more than one hour out there in the dunes. We booked two hours but only used about 90 mins. I really hope they make the check-in process smoother in the future. Vehicles were a bid outdated and some where pretty beat up with no screens and ripped seat. Follow @Only1Christinelu

We came for the ocean views and had the best time at Oceano Dunes State Park near Pismo Beach California. We rented a side by side RZR 4x4 UTV at Sun Buggy Fun ATV Rentals. I figured my boyfriend would upgrade to this impressive Prowler XP Dune Buggy. It was a tough decision. As our 2nd time in the sand, we decided on the RZR 2 seat side by side. They have a selection from ATV’s to UTV’s for all speeds and types up to the 6 seat De-Ranger XP Dune Buggy for a family adventure! The difference between this company and others are those that are guiding you through the process, like Lynn. Lynn is a true gem. She is honest, fair and really cares for the safety of each customer. I was super impressed by the customer service we have had with everyone involved at Sun Buggy Rental. They cater to every need and the most important part is the honesty and interest that they acknowledge to every one of their customers. Don’t miss this really fun adventure! This was an amazing place to explore. There were areas for the beginner as well as an extreme area of 200 foot drops or more that we did not attempt to do, but you can if you are experienced but still dangerous for anyone. Just take it at your own speed. Go with those that will treat you like family. Rent from Sun Buggy Fun Rental Pismo and ask for Lynn…. and tell her “Hi!" from Colorado!
