It's inside Lodgepole campground so easy to find. The trail to Tokopah Falls is easy to find and easy to follow. No Sequoia trees, but a beautiful forest to enjoy. The falls are not just one drop, but many going up the canyon. More of a water slide than fall but still beautiful, especially in the spring when water is high. This hike is one of the less busy in the park.

Easygoing trail with minimal elevation gain. Excellent sounds from the river and granite canyon views. The falls were dry by August, but in June, the waterfall was going pretty nicely! It's massive! The Sentinel is right next to the falls which makes for an excellent backdrop!

Lots of parking with water and a bathroom. Great view of the river. 1.7 mile hike to the base of the falls. You can see them at 1.5 miles. The last 0.2 miles is on a rocky and irregular trail.

Beautiful hike, lots of running water, got a bit rocky as you near the falls so wear the right kind of shoes. Big waterfall at the end, you can get pretty close but stay away from wet rocks as it’s slippery.

4 miles to and fro, can be done in 1 and half hour if speed up! Spotted a bear, falls are definitely worth all the efforts. Not very steep but kinda rocky.
