We truly enjoyed our stay at Klarhet. The dome was beautifully furnished, comfortable and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable and the view from our dome was amazing. It felt very private and we enjoyed walking around the property. Location was close to many great hikes, bike trails and restaurants. The abundance board we ordered was very yummy and the board was a pretty keepsake of our trip. We will definitely go back.

My wife and I stayed at Klarhet for two nights, and it was a beautiful experience. The domes themselves are a true heart project of the owners, Kirk and Nicole, and the care/attention to detail that went into designing and decorating them is very impressive. The domes have many of the comforts/amenities of a resort, but have a very rustic feel. Moreover, Kirk and Nicole's vision for developing the land they own, and how they utilize the resources they have, all while running a hospitality enterprise, is inspiring. I would recommend Klarhet to anyone who is looking for a North Shore experience that will take you out of the stress/pressure of the 21st century (something that resorts/hotels don't really accomplish) - there is a peace to this place.

Our family of 4 stayed here in July and it was just what we needed to unplug and reconnect! The owners are absolutely amazing! They came to greet us, showed the kids the farm animals, took time to chat with us and were always so quick to respond for any needs/questions. The dome was SO clean and modern. It had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. It's close to Lutsen, so it was a perfect location to get the kids over for some extra adventure. We hope to visit again!

We stayed at Klarhet in early October 2024. Our dome was immaculate and unique. Simple but lovely decor, a truly comfy bed with a comforter that kept us quite cozy on the chilly nights. The goats were nibbling on foliage right outside our dome window early one morning, while a rooster was watching us through the screen door another morning, not something you see at most resort stays. The hosts were quick to respond to any question. Most people coming to the North Shore visit the Duluth to Gooseberry Falls area, but we loved the Lutsen and Grand Marais area further up the shore. This is a perfect place to disconnect from the world and just relax.

I booked a stay at Klarhet on a whim and could not have had a better experience. Even before arriving, the owners were helpful and accommodating over email. We were welcomed immediately with friendly instructions and delicious hot tea. We quickly made friends with the resident cats and were charmed by the views and comfortable dome finishes. The intentionally designed experience made our short stay at Klarhet both refreshing and invigorating. It is evident that the resort is a labor of love, and we can’t wait to schedule a return visit to see the fruits of the staff’s dedication.
