Our experience with Alaska Helicopter Tour was nothing short of fantastic. Located atop a mountain in Knik River, the scenery alone was breathtaking. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming staff at the check-in counter. Despite heavy snow causing a delay in our scheduled ride, the staff remained incredibly positive and assured us they would do their best to accommodate us once the weather cleared, even if it meant modifying our itinerary. One standout moment was when, despite we booked a group package (for four), we were the only two guests due to low tourists season. Instead of charging us for a more expensive private tour or even cancel the tour, they honored the group booking price, and process with the helicopter ride as usual. This showcasing exceptional business ethics and professionalism. After an hour of waiting, we were finally able to take flight, albeit with a modified itinerary due to weather conditions. Our pilot, with his wealth of experience, ensured a smooth and safe ride, making my first helicopter experience truly enjoyable. Upon our return, the company surprised us with a partial refund due to the adjustments made to our tour. This unexpected gesture exemplified their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, Alaska Helicopter Tour exceeded our expectations in every aspect. I highly recommend this tour company for an unforgettable and seamless helicopter adventure in Alaska.

SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PLACE AND AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I can’t imagine coming to Alaska and not going on a tour with Alaska Helicopter Tours. Our pilot was very talented and knowledgeable, and all the staff very friendly! Our ground crew guides were fantastic at entertaining us while we waited to board and were quick to help us with any questions we had throughout the process. Their smiling faces were there to greet us when we returned and I just can’t wait to go on another adventure with Alaska Helicopter Tours!

Pics will never do it justice! This is one of the wildest and genuine Alaska experiences you can have. You’ll wish it never ended. These glacial landscapes change every day and you get to enjoy one snapshot in time. It will feel like you’re the only person that has stepped foot wherever the pilot chooses to land, and indeed you might be. The pilots and staff are top notch. The landscapes, animals, and glaciers are unforgettable.

The entire experience was absolutely phenomenal! The staff were all so pleasant, knowledgeable and definitely prepared us for all possible situations. I felt like we were in great hands. Our pilot was super fun and gave us little history lessons about the glaciers along the way! She made me feel very relaxed and safe. 10/10 experience!!

We had an amazing time. Our pilot, Cody Smith, took us to great spots that overlooked the glacier, were on the glacier, and were at the toe of the glacier. We even got to spot some wildlife - black bear, moose and mountain goats - on our way to and from the glaciers. It was SO worth it!
