We visited this resort while camping locally. Such a fun place to visit but as others have said it's heavy on your wallet. We were there with five children who wanted to do the cowboy play area. $15 was steep for children to play and then the adults had to pay to go watch! A bit over the top for me. We also did the swamp buggy ride and Alec was so informative. It was a nice length ride and a lot of fun for the adults. The little ones were all terrified even though he told us when it would get bumpy. The swamp buggy was also very pricey, $96 for two people! Would like to return for the rodeo on our next time over that area. Hopefully management will reconsider some of the pricing there and it will be more affordable for families.

Loved the entire ranch and all staff at this location! Only two things I would say I wish would change 1)the time share upgrade trap 🙃 when someone says there not interested no should mean no 2) a breakfast restaurant is needed!! Other then that a great stay. Property was beautiful!

I’m only giving a 3 star review because of how expensive everything was.. if it wasn’t for that I would have give 5 stars easily!! I was a rodeo contestant one Saturday night - I brought my whole family. 2 and 4 year old, hubby. The kids immediately saw the newly built playground - it was $20 per kid (have no problem paying that) but then it was $25 per adult just to enter the playground.. I let my kids and husband go and I just set on the picnic table and watched.. I really felt left out and so I just decided to go ahead and but another ticket… 2 drinks was $36 from the bar.. so that was pricey. I loved the rodeo! Everyone was so friendly and the improvements was just amazing! The kids loved the playground so much… So other than the price of things - this place deserves 5 stars!!

The rooms I would have given a 5 but our tent did not zip up so the critters are free to roam! The service was great anything you asked for was quickly accommodated they did run out of ice that sucked and they ran out of food closed down the restaurants at 8:00 I feel they were a little unprepared for spring breakers. Very understaffed but the staff that was there was amazing. You can rent a golf cart at this location or bring your own I would suggest bringing your own as there's only go eight to 10 mph and you can walk faster! The property is huge so having a way around is good. You can rent bikes if you want also. Great stuff for little kids. Saloon was never opened on our 4 day venture so... Bathrooms were great and clean with plenty of towels. This place could be epic! With the right touches.

The property itself is a nice escape from the hustle and bustle, but we stayed in one of the lodge motel rooms, and for the price, it's not worth it at all. $280/night and the window a/c unit didn't work, the lights were so dim everything looked dingy. Beds super uncomfortable. Popcorn ceilings. It looked like it hadn't been updated nor maintained since the 80's. Great concept, but seems outside of the rodeo, other amenities were cheaply done. However price is that of a 4 star resort. We won't be back.
