Kelly Park Rock Springs Tubing: A Natural Lazy River Journey

Our visit to Tubing Kelly Park was an amazing experience from beginning to end! We arrived on a Monday, and the line moved surprisingly fast, making it easy to get into the park and start enjoying the day. The crystal-clear spring water was incredibly cold and refreshing, especially on a warm Florida day. Floating down the beautiful river was relaxing and so much fun for the whole family. Along the way, we spotted a variety of wildlife, which made the trip even more memorable, and there were countless scenic photo opportunities at every turn. The park is very well maintained, with clean picnic areas that were perfect for taking a break and enjoying lunch, along with clean restrooms that were conveniently located. I was especially impressed by the lifeguards, who were attentive and professional throughout the day. When lightning was detected nearby, they quickly and safely cleared everyone from the river, showing how seriously they take visitor safety. Their fast response gave us great peace of mind. Overall, Tubing Kelly Park offers beautiful scenery, refreshing spring water, outstanding safety, and unforgettable family fun. We can't wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic outdoor adventure!

Small yet beautiful, slow moving spring. Many small trails and lots of deer and racoons. Open restroom and showers to wash off. Very inexpensive for a van was 5 bucks and tubing rental was at a different location not far and was cheap as well. There are grills there and a picnic area as well plus a they sell food after 11 am

My 4 year old son enjoyed/loved this place. It's very clean. Lots of bbq grills around the parking areas. They even have a playground around the bbq areas. Sand Volleyball court. The tubing was the best almost a mile long of tube run. The water is very clear. Wild life seen: deer, birds, fish, small snake.

We had the best day. The water is so clear. The best part of the day, however, was nature. We saw deer, a softshell turtle, raccoons, armadillos, squirrels playing, and an otter. Along with many other birds, etc. The walk back to the top of the tubing is a covered canopy that gives you plenty of opportunity to see different types of animals. There are plenty of picnic areas, a playground, swings, and 2 sand volleyball courts. There is a grill to get your lunch (which is reasonably priced), or you can opt to grill on one of the many charcoal grills. You enter the water area in the middle of the tubing. At the top of the tubing, it is rougher with lots of rocks to contend with. If you go from the middle area to the end, it is smooth and easy. So just be aware that the top of the springs are not quiet as friendly as the middle and end. Please note that the park fills up fast, so if you want to get in, arrive early! Weekends people start arriving at 6 00am in order to secure a spot. Parking is $3.00 for 2 people and $5.00 for 3 to 5 people. It goes up with the number of riders in the car. You can stop and rent tubes right before the entrance of the park. They are $9.00 each for the day. You may also bring your own. Nothing over 5 feet, however. This was one of the funniest days. I highly recommend it. It is safe with several lifeguards posted throughout your journey down the springs.
