Guided Rafting Tours at Hoover Dam and Black Canyon

This tour was amazing and beautiful beyond what we could describe. So very well worth it. The people running the operation are knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful. They go more than the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of. Their personal care is an added blessing inside the beauty of the nature we witnessed. Tremendous experience all around!

Wow! What an incredible experience. If you’re local and haven’t done this, no more excuses! Make it happen! If you’re visiting, just know Las Vegas has so much more to offer than the strip. You’ll want to make time for this. Kathleen was wonderful and we were in such good hands while she navigated the roads down to the boat. Sarah was phenomenal tour guide. Friendly, sweet and full of information! Can’t wait to come back and bring friends and family when they visit.

This was a wonderful rafting excursion led by Eugene. He’s a great pilot, fun, funny, and full of information about the dam, river and wildlife. We had a great time. It’s a wonderful way to experience the water without much physical effort. And the raft provides cold wet towels to make sure you don’t overheat…a key reason we didn’t burn. If you go, wear a suit under sun clothes and bring a hat and sunscreen. Open toe shoes are fine. The water is cold but so refreshing. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to get out and enjoy the outdoors but not kayak for 6 hours!

This tour was amazing!!! And his is the best way to experience the Hoover Dam and Colorado River. Our Captain, Russ, was phenomenal. Our driver Marty, was excellent!! 10/10

Our family spent a wonderful ~two hours on the postcard tour, even the teen who prefers to experience nature from the comfort of a vehicle or building was glad we went. I highly recommend this company and their tours for anyone who wants to enjoy a mix of extreme natural beauty, history, engineering, and time on the water. Brian met us and the two other families on our tour with a shuttle van at Hoover Dam Lodge. It was very cool getting to travel down the steep and scenic road the people who built the dam used, though scary to learn back then it wasn't paved or as wide. The view of the dam and the bridge from the water is spectacular, and the Black Canyon is beautiful in its own right. Our guide and raft captain Sarah shared a lot of interesting facts about the dam and its construction, the birds and vegetation and hot springs, and her experiences working as a guide on the river. We started out going as close to the dam as boats are allowed and then traveled down river, stopping at a beach where we could have swum in the 54F/12C (year-round) river, and then back to the putting in spot. The snack bags and water (including a big insulated water container with spigot for refilling water bottles) were great. Brian and Sarah were wonderful and I think everyone associated with this company is awesome. We'd made a mistake when initially booking our tour, somehow choosing the weekend before we were arriving, and the booking centre were very helpful in getting us booked on the right day when we realized it.
