This was a really effortless, quick getaway to a beautiful property. The pool was refreshing, even in the August heat. The misters were perfect for lounging outside after dinner and a walk around the very tidy property. Torrington the 1st and Ivan were the dream team at the front desk, helping with all the annoying little things I asked for, not seemingly to be the least bit bothered. We will definitely be back!

I was pretty disappointed with my stay at AutoCamp. The price was very expensive for what was offered and a lot of things felt lacking. First of all, the cleanliness was poor. The property looked much dirtier and less maintained than it appeared in the photos. It also seemed like housekeeping was not doing a thorough job — we found trash hidden in corners and the body wash in the shower was completely empty when we checked in. Another downside was the lack of a stove, which made it difficult to prepare even simple meals. The pool, which is basically one of the main amenities, was extremely small and not even heated. One positive was that the location was convenient, since it was close to markets and restaurants. However, because it is located right next to a major road, it did not feel peaceful or secluded. It definitely did not give the feeling of escaping the city and enjoying a quiet camping experience. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations especially considering the price, and I probably would not stay here again.

We just wrapped a stay at AutoCamp Joshua Tree and loved every minute. Our Airstream was comfy and beautifully set up, the plunge pool saved us from the summer heat, and the dark desert skies made for unreal stargazing by the fire. We enjoyed an early sunrise hike since the park is minutes away. Huge shout out to Yude and Wendy, who went above and beyond to make this stay so special. We’ll be back!

AutoCamp Joshua Tree was such a great experience. From the moment I checked in, the whole vibe was just cool and relaxing. The lobby and common area had everything you could need, from waters and juices to wine and cocktails in the evening. One of the highlights was grabbing a frozen pizza, cooking it over the campfire in a cast iron skillet, and eating outside by the Airstream under the desert sky. The Airstream itself was extremely comfortable and surprisingly practical. The bed was super comfortable, the outdoor setup felt private, and the whole property felt very safe and secure. It really nailed that perfect balance of camping and comfort. I saw a lot of comments beforehand about the air conditioning, so I’ll mention it honestly. The AC definitely kept the Airstream very cold even in the desert heat, but it is a bit loud. Luckily the temperature dropped a lot at night, so I was able to turn it off and sleep with the windows open. If you’re someone who needs the AC running all night, I’d recommend bringing earplugs just in case. The bathroom in the air steam was very well set up too and please of hot water. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. Great location too, just minutes from restaurants, the market, and the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. Highly recommend.

I had such a great stay at AutoCamp Joshua Tree and would absolutely recommend it. Torn and Ivan were both amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The front desk was super helpful, and the property was clean, quiet, and easy to settle into. I also appreciated the parking setup toward the front, with carts available to bring your things to your Airstream or space. It helped keep the property peaceful. The fire pits under the stars were beautiful, and the location was perfect—close to the national park entrance and plenty of great restaurants. Bonus points for Jet, the property cat, who was so sweet and very funny. She would run over meowing to say hi, then go right back to supervising the grounds and scratching the outdoor furniture despite having plenty of other things to do. Clearly she’s part of the charm—and doing her part to keep the rodents away. I had the best time and would absolutely come back.
