Notable restrictions: Pets and red wine are not allowed at Casa Coyotes. Toning shampoos and other staining substances are also not allowed to protect the custom plaster surfaces.
Pool availability: The cowboy pool is seasonal, operating from late April to late October, and is not heated.
Pool and hot tub maintenance: Professional pool maintenance takes place every Monday and Thursday between 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The service lasts about 10 minutes and is performed only in the outdoor area. Guests can skip this service or request extra maintenance during their stay by contacting the host. In addition, the pool has a filtration pump that automatically filters the pool daily for 3 hours.
Check-in and check-out: Self-check-in is available via keyless entry at the front door. Guests will receive a unique code before checking in. Check-in is typically after 3 PM, and check-out is usually by 11 AM. Specific times may vary depending on the booking.
