Floating is probably the best way to reach deep meditation. With floating you lose the connection with the real world and reconnect with your inner self. Highly concentrated saltwater and body-temperature water keep your body floating effortlessly. You feel zero gravity and no pressure on your spine. Your ears are underwater while your head is floating and completely relaxed. There is absolutely nothing to distract you. Your mind will wander to the places you could not reach because of daily distractions. Mid-session you will reach the deepest state of meditation. You will feel recharged and clear after your floating experience!
