Rejuvenate at Mount Princeton's Natural Hot Springs

We have known about this place for quite a while and decided to go for the day. We didn’t stay there but hung out in the pools. I did read some reviews before heading there and one great suggestion was to bring your own towels as the resort charges you to rent them. There were two pools for us to choose from as well as the “hot tubs” in the river. The area where you first pay is in dire need of an upgrade and cleaning. Did not smell great at all and we chose to change into our swimsuits in the car. We started by trying out the makeshift hot tubs next to the river. There are quite a few up and down the side so make sure you pick one that is warm as they are not all the same temp. The two pools were next. 1 was pretty hot and 1 was a very nice temp. It was not too busy when we went and the rain kept coming and going which made it very nice in the warm pools. I would recommend keeping valuables in the car as other guests like to rummage through our towels. Overall a pleasant spot to hang out for a while and enjoy the weather and water.

I love the silver sneakers classes and especially Krystal's power senior classes on Mon and Wed's. Her music is nice and she always has a smile on her face. The spa pool is so relaxing with gorgeous views. Quiet most times of the day. Krystal guides us through the class with ease and you can tell she enjoys working out with us as well. Thank you for teaching our class Krystal and always showing up!

My wife and I had a great vacation here and would definitely be back. We do wish the rooms were a little updated as far as carpet. We stayed in the cliff side room. The view was great but the outside was rotting as far as wood trim and the weeds were grown up quite high also the water pressure was very low in the shower. Other than that we loved it.

If you've never been to a hot springs before, you'll probably like it. If you have, give this one a miss. There is no way this place is ADA compliant. Stairs to everything, no ramps of any kind, and all in disrepair. The only way to get into the creekside pools is off of a 4-ft ledge onto the boulders below. There is hardly any signage and it's a very confusing layout also. The sauna smells like urine, the front desk staff are unfriendly, and the infinity pool was closed for the season even though it said it was open online. The online photos and description have been curated to make this place seem a lot nicer than it really is in person. For $45 a person (and $35 for kids!!), I expected more.

I live in Colorado Springs and this is what they give the locals. I booked a room for $279 in the lodge and what I got was room 49 with the headboard right up against the kitchen wall. I got to hear yelling, pans clanging, door slamming and cussing from the time I was in the room until I left. Stepping into this room is like stepping back in the 80's and the furniture looks like a rundown Motel 6 if you get my point. There was a stain on the bathroom curtain. I got a view of the garbage can and early morning garbage collection. The rug is fraying and dirty, the decor should be pictures of their place not some cheap abstract. Never have i had a sink bigger than a toilet. The toilet is so low to the floor and just plain weird. Its like a sawed off shotgun. I did not pick this room it was given to me. False adverting of what a lodge room is. Dinner was good. I talked to Jenny and Adam, and they listened to my concerns and had empathy. They made it right. Contact me if you want more info. Bottom line is this room has no business being a room to rent. Its needs to be storage. Bad reviews are not worth renting this room. Shame on you.
