Put your running shoes on and head on out to downtown LA to experience the Two Lakes--Two Loops workout run. This solid 10-mile run explores two amazing lakes: Echo Park Lake and Silver Lake Reservoir and the hustle and bustle of the city. After finishing a warm-up mile around Echo Park Lake, run west on Sunset toward Silver Lake Blvd, passing colorful murals and cyclists alike! On the next segment, you’ll climb a steady incline for about one mile, until you reach the base of the Silver Lake Reservoir. Added bonus: you’ll see our furry friends chasing tennis balls inside the dog park. After you are nice and warmed up, you’ll collect about 4.5 miles looping the reservoir twice! After that hard work, hydrate at the water fountain and then start your descent back to Echo Park Lake. Finish up with a final victory lap at Echo Park Lake, and pat yourself on the back for your amazing double-digit city run!
