Ride Snowmobile in Lake Tahoe

My Daughter, Son and I took the two hour shoreline tour on two snowmobiles and had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful, including the equipment rental, bus driver and our guide Alex. The snowmobiles are safe, comfortable and fun to drive. The weather was great, so the views are fantastic. I highly recommend this adventure.

Emily was a fantastic tour guide! We cruised at a nice fast pace stopping at wonderful view stops along the way! We took lots of pictures and even made a funny video too. It's on my FB and IG and has hundreds of views. So fun! Thanks Em!

Not sure where to start here - I don't ever leave bad reviews. THEY ARE NOT SAFE! NOVICES BEWARE! Get the insurance or else you're paying even more out of pocket to this terrible company. They do NOT maintain trail conditions. Tour guide brought us out and pressured us to go faster than comfortable. That paired with slushy/very poor conditions led to a crash. No regard for safety, even though they just do it lip service and say it. Tour guide even laughed at those who crashed afterwards. Money grabbing company that doesn't care about safety one bit - even the tour guide admitted that verbally. As Steve Miller Band said, 'take the money and run'. A very expensive and frustrating experience. Just really a shame overall. Not sure how you treat other human beings like this. Do not use this company or you are risking a similar experience

Brad was an amazing guide! I highly recommend having him if you get a chance. He was friendly, respectful and took amazing pictures of us all! The tour itself was great good views and lots of fun. 10/10 experience

We did a 2 hour snowmobile tour with Zephyr on 3/22/23 and we had a great time. We brought our own snow gear, but if you don't have your own stuff they do rent snow pants, jackets, etc. We had our two kids with us, so we rented two machines and rode doubles. The machines were in excellent repair and were easy to operate, even for someone with no experience. Helmets were provided, and they were also in pretty good shape (padding was still fluffy and they didn't smell or anything). We did the Scenic Lakeview Tour, which wasn't fast or full of thrills, but it was beautiful and scenic. I figure that some groups may ride a little faster, depending on the makeup of the group and their experience level. Our tour guide was Joe, and he was friendly and funny and made us all have a good time.
