Bouldin Acres is a popular South Austin bar that offers a lively atmosphere, full-service bar, on-site food trucks, and pickleball courts. Reserve a court in advance, as they book up quickly, and enjoy competitive fun with friends or family. The bar features a variety of drinks, from draft beer to specialty cocktails, and delicious food from the on-site food truck, CM Smokehouse. Besides pickleball, Bouldin Acres also offers an open-air patio, kid's playground, fenced-in dog park, and lawn games.

This is a really nice place! They have a big outdoor area to hang out in, but you can also stay inside if you want. They offer lots of different drinks, so you can easily find something you like. There's also a food truck where you can order some tasty food, which is super convenient. What I really liked was the pickleball courts outside. You can play a game or just watch others play while enjoying a cold drink. It's a fun way to spend time there. I definitely recommend checking it out!

I came for the Spurs watch party. They gave out free merch here and the San Antonio Zoo was even there too. They gave the first hundred people or so a free round of drinks (They also had FROZEN drinks) and I ordered nachos which were absolutely DELICIOUS and I was impressed. The bartenders were fast and attentive. The service was friendly. And the hang out spot outside was cozy. (Dogs are allowed here!) (They also had ticket raffles & trivia games) They even had outside heaters, TVs, a DJ and a game court.

One of my new favorite spots in downtown Austin. Such a cool idea and great execution. The food was fantastic as well as the drinks. Had a fire sale on select liquor and beers

Food and drinks are ordered on an app. Service is fairly quick and the staff is friendly. Mimosa kit is a good value and the food is on point. The place is dog friendly, enough shade and misters over a portion of the tables. There is a pickle ball court and they had a couple of bulls there for photo ops which was interesting. There is lot of parking and definitely a spot I’d return to.

Great casual spot to hang out. Options to keep kids busy including a playground and an occasional bounce house. The food was good but heavy, especially for a hot day. The brisket crunch wrap was amazing. Their lemonade is delicious and they have a great alcohol-free cocktail menu (with zero proof spirits, not just sickly sweet mocktails) Nice, clean pickle ball courts, misting fans, and plenty of seating options (tables, adirondacks, etc.). Only knock was the staff seemed miserable. It wasn’t even that people were rude - just like no one wanted to be there doing anything which just killed the whole vibe.
