This is a lovely trip to embrace the nature and recover from work. Surrounded by redwoods, the airstream stay is cozy in a safely gated natural resort. The airstream is convenient and spacious with a kitchen and a private bathroom. It is also quiet (we have not heard our neighbors at all) and fun with an outdoor wood-burning fire pit. We also like it that the clubhouse serves simple free breakfast and morning coffee. Two things with room to improve: 1. The WiFi signal was very weak, as we chose Airstream Premium that has more privacy but is comparatively far from clubhouse (the closer the better the WiFi connection). 2. The skylight window was dirty, made it impossible to see the stars at night. Overall, we love this stay and would recommend it.

It’s a glammed up tent and pretty basic but you already knew that. It comes with towels, robes, cooking utensils, fire pit with lodge cast iron pan. We brought some but didn’t need to because they had it stocked up. Facility is beautiful and walkable to main Guerneville area with great ice cream shop. There is small shop in the lobby with souvenirs, cheese, salumi, coal bag, s’mores kit, etc. Also, they have microwave somewhere you can ask to use (they will heat it up for you). We had a great time (everyone there seemed to have amazing time). It’s good for couples and families especially with young kids. There were about 20 children from different guests all hanging out together and it was still quiet during quiet hours (10pm to 8am). Mimosa and flower (during Mother’s Day weekend) in the morning. Coffee available with granola in the morning. It’s not just facilities though. They do a lot of little things right. Very hospitable and comfortable. For example, bed has temperature control separate for each side.

First off, super easy to find and liked how there is a gate in order to get on property. Felt safe coming in as solo traveler with dogs. Front desk staff Laurel was very welcoming and super nice. We loved her! The property is small but felt spacious being alongside the redwood trees. This is our 3rd Autocamp location we’ve visited and so far our favorite. Will definitely have to come back and visit.

We had such an amazing stay at AutoCamp Russian River in Guerneville. Staying in the middle of the redwoods in a beautifully renovated Airstream was such a unique experience. The inside was super modern, cozy, warm, and comfortable, while still feeling connected to nature. The whole vibe almost felt like being inside a vintage B-52s or Cyndi Lauper music video… classic retro Airstream Americana, but reimagined with a modern luxury design aesthetic. It had that nostalgic California road-trip feeling, while still feeling upscale and polished. One of my favorite parts was the semi-private beach across the street, along with the small creek running through the property. It created such a peaceful atmosphere. We spent the evenings BBQing over the fire pit next to the Airstream, then relaxing in the hammocks under the redwoods looking up at the stars. The Airstream shower was great, but honestly the spa-like showers in the community clubhouse were incredible and felt like a luxury hotel experience hidden in the forest. Also, huge thanks to Todd Craig, who was such a friendly and helpful host throughout our stay. Great hospitality really makes a difference, and he made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for a relaxing glamping experience surrounded by nature but with modern comforts, I highly recommend AutoCamp Russian River. We absolutely plan to come back.

Maybe my fav of all the AC’s. So lush and beautiful under the redwoods. Perfectly maintained airstreams. Clubhouse is the spot. They have very nicely curated selection of goods, wine, beer, snacks. The staff is the best, knowledgeable and gave us the best advice. Very happy with my stay!
