Beautiful landscape design - great for first "camping" experience with baby! They have compressed firewood for $9 (lasts 1 hr), and shared large gas fire pits going in the morning and evening. Big redwood trees, every spot feels private even though it's so close, and the amenities are clean! Glamping at its finest: just pack your clothes and pickup food at the Safeway in town! Note: please add baby changing table to men's bathroom, not just women change a baby's diaper :)

Definitely coming back. This next time, I think I'll pack my own food to grill. We stayed in a tent and it has its own grill, which I'm sad we didn't take full advantage of. Beautiful grounds, live music on weekends, and yoga 🧘‍♀️ &biking. What a treat!

We loved this place! My niece and I came to California as a gift for her graduation. We stayed here as an attempt at “glamping.” We rented the accessible cabin so we could have the amenities from home but still be out in the redwoods and have a campfire. The common areas were comfortable and we had our own space on our deck. The cabin did have a very strong weird smell and the water pressure was a bit lacking in the shower, but overall we had a good time and enjoyed our glamping experience. It was pretty expensive, so the no change/no cancellation policy is kind of scary. I probably would have booked a longer stay if that policy wasn’t in place.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Always on the spot with whatever we needed! Nicely stocked small shop, shampoos and soaps smell amazing. Restful hammocks, a rousing game of cornhole, and chasing the rogue chicken made for a great time! Lots of events including wine tastings, live music etc. Also closely located to a number of wineries if you want to go tasting. There is a Safeway close by if you forgot something (great food truck in the parking lot!), easy access to the town and river. Several small places in town nearby for takeout if you're so inclined. Our airstream was in great shape, and the grounds are beautifully laid out and well maintained. A bit pricy for what you get but this is definitely glamping on steroids. You won't be disappointed!

What a stunning property with such excellent and hospitable staff! I just stayed for the second time, and I can’t wait to go back for my third! The main building is so stunning to sit in and just relax with snacks and wine around a fire. I’ve stayed in the airstreams both times and I love it. The rooms are clean and surprisingly spacious. The bathroom in the airstream is nice, and there are also beautiful bathrooms open 24/7 in the main building if you need extra space. The staff at the hotel (Jill, Laurel, and Blythe) are soooo lovely and friendly - they are more than happy to give recommendations for food and activities! Overall, great place to stay and escape to the outdoors while surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenes you can find in California!
