Awesome tour guide took us from cave to cave most by kayak but 1 even by foot, gave us so much really good background information on plants and animals, showed us the bald eagle pair, reported suspicious divers (loved that he responds when social duty calls) and was super nice, respectful, knowledgeable & helpful all around. The whole experience from booking to tipping was a real pleasure. I highly recommend taking a kayak tour to see the amazing sea caves & parts of the island you would otherwise miss.
Terrific experience. We kayaked with a 12 year old and 8 year old. The 1.5 tour was sufficient as the open water currents are strong and demanded heavy paddling. Our guide was funny, informative and attentive to everyone’s needs on the tour. In the 1.5 hours we explored 5 caves. So much kelp and marine life. We also rented wetsuits for the kids so they could snorkel off the beach and they ended up wearing them all day without any complaints of being cold.
We had guides Ben and Lisa, they were amazing! For a guided tour, they really allow you to explore and create your own adventure in the caves. They keep you safe and help you out when needed. It was an amazing time and so much fun! Highly recommend this, don’t miss the great opportunity.
