  6. Have lunch at one of the beautiful parks and admire the wildlife around you

Yes, this is the perfect trail for furry friends.
Do I have to bike or can I just walk/hike the trail? 
You can do both. The pedestrian walking/hiking rules are that you use the left shoulder to jog/walk and reserve the other lanes to cyclists.
