Hot Air Balloon Rides in Napa Valley

We just finished our hot air balloon flight with Napa Valley Aloft, and we are still in absolute awe! From start to finish, everything was run so smoothly and professionally—it was truly a flawless experience. The flight itself was breathtaking, with serene views and a peaceful glide that somehow felt even smoother than flying in a plane—no turbulence at all! A special shout-out to our incredible pilot, Jake, whose calm and confident demeanor made all the difference. I’m someone who is genuinely terrified of heights, but Jake’s expertise and soothing presence helped me completely relax. Absolutely recommended for anyone seeking for a different outdoors experience. The staff is very professional, the flight is absolutely peaceful, gorgeous, and it offers amazing sights of the Napa Valley. The team is very organized. It is not cheap! But I can say it was worth it. It was my first time in a hot air balloon, and after this experience I would repeat with no doubt. The pilot made us feel safe during the entire time.

Loved our balloon ride! Very well organized and everyone was friendly and helpful! Our pilot, Chad (Commander Hard-Lander) was awesome! Ascension was spectacular and loved floating above the Napa valley at sunrise! He made sure to rotate the basket so everyone could get the beautiful views! He kept the conversation upbeat, informative and lively! Absolutely perfect landing, with very helpful crew waiting for us. Highly recommend! Awesome experience! Could've stayed up there for a longer period of time, as it seemed to go by quickly. Made for a perfect birthday celebration for my hubby!

Although at first we were a little disappointed that we couldn't fly over the Napa Valley due to fog, we ended up having a wonderful experience in the air over Winters and Vacaville. Our pilot Chad was knowledgeable and a great story teller. He made our flight interesting with local lore and history and the scenery was gorgeous. Our landing was so smooth, we barely noticed it! Very fun and memorable experience. Will do it again in the fall over Napa-no fog, beautiful colors, and grape crushing season!

Just an incredible experience. You could have talked me out of this so easily. We were lucky enough to go to 10,800 feet which I believe is very unusual!! Our pilot, Jake, was a true pro and always made us feel comfortable. Well done!!
