Napa Valley Aloft hot air balloon is a must try experience while in Napa Valley. The whole experience is phenomenal from start to finish. During check in you’re greeted with coffee and pastries and after the ride is a much needed brunch. It was breathtakingly beautiful being flown up over the vineyards by an amazing balloon pilot. This company is amazing. If you're looking to do a hot air balloon ride DO it and do it with Aloft. It has been on my bucket list for years and we went and it was amazing. The views are breathtaking and Derek was our pilot and he gave us the most incredible ride. But the entire team on the ground is really nice and really efficient. It is a huge operation and they all work as a team. We were really impressed and will remember this trip forever. Thank you to everyone there. Fun experience. It was a bit hard to find the launch off location because it is in the parking lot of a shopping area and the signs are small. The crew was nice. The coffee and pastries were yummy and our pilot was skilled. We had a great 1 hour flight and saw a lot of vineyards and beautiful homes. The landing was amazingly soft and the pilot was kind enough to help my friend out of the basket. All and all it was a great experience.

Napa Valley Aloft were the absolute best. We researched companies before picking this one. My mom and I are both heavy people and every other company wanted to charge double if you weigh more than 250 pounds. Aloft did not. They also provided great assistance for getting in and out of the basket. They were friendly and informative. I absolutely recommend this company.

My goodness, what a stunning experience! Had no idea this would be as wonderful and majestic. You can tell that all of the staff really love what they do, and there is probably no better place to experience a hot air balloon ride. Highly recommended!
