Hot Air Balloon Rides in Napa Valley

This company is amazing. If you're looking to do a hot air balloon ride DO it and do it with Aloft. It has been on my bucket list for years and we went and it was amazing. The views are breathtaking and Derek was our pilot and he gave us the most incredible ride. But the entire team on the ground is really nice and really efficient. It is a huge operation and they all work as a team. We were really impressed and will remember this trip forever. Thank you to everyone there. Great experience with Napa Valley Aloft. My husband surprised me knowing this was a bucket list item… what better way to ring in the big 40! Weather was pretty crummy but we managed to get rescheduled for our last day! I truly appreciate their attentiveness to the weather as they really want everyone to be safe and to really get expansive views which would be deterred by fog. With that said, we ended up with a beautiful morning and great views. Takeoff and landing were smooth and it was a truly unforgettable experience. Photos do not even do it justice. Trip ended with a mimosa which was lovely. Crew was spectacular from the office staff, check in staff, loading and our pilot - friendly and made the experience 5 star! Thanks for being part of a birthday I’ll never forget!

Napa Valley Aloft Hot Air Ballon ride tour agency is AMAZING! That's the only word I can think of to describe my experience. I say this as someone who is very uncomfortable with heights. It was exciting to watch the team get the ballon ready for flight. There were no shaking or hard bumps while in flight. It was calm and smooth sailing. Very still peaceful, even relaxing. The views are stunningly beautiful. The air is clean and crisp. I have a whole newfound appreciation for the aviation pilots, all the hands needed, and wind factors that come into play for SAFE take offs and landings. The continental breakfast and brunch food and drinks served afterward were tasty, beautifully set up, and served.

It was an amazing experience! Bob, our pilot, was helpful and knowledgeable. They were organized and very safety conscious. We had to drive a ways to get out of the Napa Valley fog. I should have taken meds for the curvy car ride. The balloon ride was smooth! They changed our gathering place so didn’t offer the sparkling wine at the end as advertised. This was fine, but I would have preferred that they let us know in advance. I had questions for Bob about ballooning that I didn’t get to ask.

I went for it this weekend and it was an amazing experience. It was on my bucket list from sooo long. I had my booking cancelled twice because of the wind speed and I thought maybe I won't be able to do it this year but I got lucky the 3rd time. Right from booking till the end of the ride everything was perfect, thanks to the crew for making it such a wonderful experience. The customer service was good and they always informed us well on time if they were unable to fly the next day. When we arrived at the location we were provided with coffee n snacks before our flight. Everyone from the crew was so nice and professional. The ride was like a cake walk, it was soooooo smooth. Just didn't get to know when I was in the air so high. Our group head was so informative and handled the balloon quite well. I just loved the whole experience.
