Love this spot! Highly recommend!! We live locally and dont have room to store kayaks or paddleboards. This is our go to spot! Great location, amazing, friendly staff, reasonably priced. If you're wanting to rent paddle boards or kayaks, look no further this is your place!.. they also do this rad night paddle board where there's lights under the boards!! Have fun! 🤙Corinne Powers

Went here for lessons today as a gift on my birthday. During the winter weekdays are by reservation only and they were so helpful, very responsive through their texts to help make my birthday outing so fun and easy going our teacher Bailey was amazing, chill, informative, and overall a great vibe to be around! 10/10 recommend going here for lessons and renting. We can’t wait to go back asap! It was the talk of the rest of our day!Nicole Mazzilli

Arrived around 11 am the gate was locked so we had to find free street parking. There is a little walk-through entrance and you have a 5 minute walk to the tiki hut on the sand to purchase your kayak or paddle boards. There was another group before us who rented paddle boards, so we weren’t the only people out on the water. For $20 an hour you can easily make it paddling around the lower bay and back. With it being my first time kayaking the ride up was super easy but coming back with two different currents crashing together made me have to work a little harder but overall loved the experience!Daniel Sarmiento

Newport back bay is the perfect place to try out stand up paddle boarding with kids. It is a bit pricier than other paddle boarding places but I will always pay extra to not have to dodge boats zipping through the waterways. The peace of mind and relaxed atmosphere in the back bay are well worth the extra few dollars for rental here and it is a nice beach to hang out at after your rental is over. Came here for a work gathering, the staff are very friendly and courteous, they were kind enough to waive the 5$ dog fee (dont tell anyone 😉) but I had a great time, saw a lot of children and families enjoying paddle boarding, there is a private little picnic area for customers that made it feel secluded. Lots of fun , will be back.
