I brought my friend here to experience her first Texas winery. The sparkling wines were GREAT!! Well balanced and crisp. We loved that our wine tasting was paired with yummy bites. Brice was FANTASTIC. His expertise of wine shined through as well as his patience for our picture taking.

Eve was wonderful! She was super knowledgeable and such a joy as our hostess/tasting expert. My mom is a member of Heath and has always enjoyed their wines, so we always make it a point to stop and taste them whenever she’s in town. We have never been disappointed and always recommend this spot to friends and family!

The wines were good as were the small bites. Ivan the chef is a genius! That guy knows what he is doing! Eve was funny and great!! She made our experience the BEST!! It would be great if the members area had Ivan’s food for purchase. I’m serious - the small bites were that amazing! My cousin hates chicken salad but she loved his version. Yum!

Beautiful winery. We did the sparkling tasting…*chefs kiss*. The pairings were perfect. Chuck was our attendant for our pairings and was Fantastic! Very informative, relaxed conversations, witty, and a sense of humor. Ask for Chuck
