We really enjoyed our stay, so much so we stayed an extra night. The views from the tents are amazing! It so peaceful that only sound of civilization is the occasional plane. The staff was very accommodating and Chase gave great ideas of what to do in the area. The tents are spacious and clean. We brought our dog and they were very pet friendly. The breakfasts were great! Looking forward to visiting again!

My family had the best time at Backland! We stayed for 2 nights and it was the perfect relaxing location after our road trip through southern Utah! Backland offered fishing, kayaking, free breakfast, board games, outside games, and comfortable sleeping accommodations. Each of the eco tents are so cute with a sky light and a full bathroom! Even a mini fridge! The staff was so nice and helpful. My kids loved stargazing & playing board games by the fireplace! The Grand Canyon and Sedona are only an hour away!

Wonderful experience at Backland. Loved the wildlife out your front window. Food was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a relaxing and fun family retreat. Highly recommend!

We went with a group of friends and it was everything we thought it would be. Glamping at its best. We got to experience the delicious food, kayaking, watching the sunrise and eating marshmallows. We didn’t have to pay extra for any of the activities which was awesome. You really don’t need to go anywhere it’s all right out side of the awesome luxury tent. I’d say just make sure to pack some hiking boots and be ready to travel in gravel road to get to your location. Knowing the directions before hand will help if you loose service which happened in some spots until we got to our destination. Overall shoutout to Chase he provided excellent service during our stay🙌🏼🦋

Great family friendly getaway! The accommodations are clean and comfortable, and even though it’s located in a secluded wilderness, they have everything you need. They serve all three meals in the community restaurant/lounge and they habe several activities available to guests (kayaks, volleyball, board games, and other stuff). The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great experience!
