Customer Service is top notch! They made the stay so much better. The whole place is well-kept. Very relaxing and soooo quiet. You wake up to amazing views! And would literally sleep under the stars! It’s so beautiful!!!🥰 Restaurant food was really yummy! (Shout out to the chef) we ordered the steak, bbq and the fish. Breakfast was complimentary. WiFi was a little weak in our tent (but it’s better when you’re close to the reception area), and AT&T got no service there lol so we’re mostly unplugged. They provided house slippers & eye mask, which was so helpful in the morning since you really cannot black out your tent 😅 Overall, it was a beautiful stay. Would highly recommend it, especially if you’re due for a “reset” and to just unwind. Huge shout out to the staff!!! Alexis, Hunter, Chase, and our chef! You guys make this place special :)

Incredible stay! The lodging had all amenities and truly felt like a luxury glamping experience. The property was also very peaceful and secluded and had beautiful surroundings. We even saw a herd of sheep! The food was also delicious and the main reception area was really nice. Overall, if you want to unplug and have a stay outside of the city but still enjoy the finer parts of life, backland is 1 of 1! Highly recommend.

The communication from this resort is incredible. They sent the voice directions - which you do need! Whilst staying at the resort the staff keep in touch and assist. The location is stunning. It is peaceful and beautiful. There is no noise but nature. The sky is full of stars The “tents” are well designed. They are spacious with the good amenities. The showers worked extremely well. The skylights at night added an incredible dimension. We slept so well. You do need to make appointments for the restaurant and boxed lunches. The food portions were huge and delicious. There are lots of on site things to do in the evening and everyone was so relaxed and chilled. The suggested tour company was incredible as well. Finally the staff went beyond what you would expect. They were courteous, helpful and friendly If you want a get away with a difference - and need to recharge, catch up - would highly recommend this resort

Backland was amazing. We are on a 10 day road trip and this was our kids’ favorite place to stay. They loved making friends with the other kids there, kayaking, fishing, playing volleyball, the endless s’mores, board games! It’s small and remote so the kids were safe to roam around. The restaurant was the best food we’ve had this whole trip and the breakfast was also awesome. We loved the crepes! Definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves to spend time outside and especially families! Staff was amazing also!

My family and I have stayed here 2 times and they’ve been some of our favorite trips!! My husband and I have come for a weekend getaway and loved it so much we knew we had to come back with our 2 girls- so that’s what we did this weekend! Our girls (7 & 2) always had something to do; whether that was playing games inside/outside, coloring, s’mores, or just exploring the grounds! The food was sooo good! We loved it! We highly recommend the dining package when you book for the easiest, stress free time! We were able to get lunches packed for us and picked them up as we headed to Bearizona- SO EASY! We all gave our stay 5 stars and are excited to come again!!
